Overview

Skip the line and save money by pre-booking your transfer between Keflavík International Airport and Reykjavík's BSI Bus Terminal, just outside the city center. Departures from the airport connect to arriving flights so just exit the airport, jump aboard the bus, and then settle in for the journey. You can make use of the free onboard WiFi as you head toward to city.

Bus left early (before specified time) without me, and company ghosted me

This bus picks you up from the central bus station in town to go to the airport. I paid extra for the bus to pick me up from my hotel and take me to the central bus station. I was told that bus pickup from the hotel would start at 4AM and go until 4:30. When I got to the hotel lobby before 4AM, I found out the bus had already stopped by and left me. I had to get a cab to the central bus station. I called the company to ask for a refund afterwards since they did not pick me up at the time they specified, and they told me to send an email. They did not respond to my email or give me a refund. I would STRONGLY suggest using Fly Bus or Grey Line over this company, as I have had a much better experience with them.

Not the best company

Waiting at the airport which was good, but not very friendly. Confusing process of switching buses at terminal. Overall a stressful experience after a long day of traveling.

Seemless From Pick up to Drop Off

Really easy to use. Directions from inside the terminal and buses right outside. Originally only booked one way but have now booked again for our return. We we're dropped at the main bus station but I believe if you book the Flybus + you can be dropped closer to your hotel

Straightforward and quick bus ride

I used flybus both ways and for some excursions and they were comfortable, ran on time and was a really easy transfer. I would recommend and would definitely use them again when visiting reykjavik.

Organised and totally reliable. Flybus has a desk at the airport terminal so they pointed us in the right direction. Decided to use them again for the return transfer too. Coach nice and warm and driver had a good command of English.
