For this reason, it may rarely happen that the boat trip is replaced by an alternative route and the client remains on the beach or on a panoramic tour in Jardineira. The tour guide establishes a meeting point and a time for lunch and return.
    • ALTERNATIVE ITINERARY In case of adverse weather conditions, an alternative route will be carried out, guaranteeing the success of the tour. There is no cancellation due to weather conditions. Itinerary for the tour without a boat: We use transport taxis, we do not refund values as the value goes to taxis. Go up to Pontal do Atalaia, stop at the steps (the little beaches of Pontal do Atalaia), three hours from the beach. Lunch in restaurant, buffet. And finally, we go to Praia Grande, to see the sunset.
    • We operate the tour, rain or shine. The day of the tour is chosen by the customer, therefore no refunds will be generated for bad weather. We will operate the tour rain or shine.
    • The tour is not private, but shared, and the guide will speak in English, Spanish and Portuguese
    • We are not responsible for items lost on our buses or vans.
    • Pick-ups in Barra da Tijuca and Recreio are not included.
    • In our company we operate with a diverse fleet of vessels. Our selection process is adapted daily to meet specific demands, offering boats with capacity for 50, 60, 80 and 90 passengers. To begin each trip, obtaining approval from the Military Navy is a prerequisite. This ensures that we work exclusively with boats that meet high standards, providing a quality experience and maximum safety for our customers.
    • During the peak tourist season in Rio de Janeiro, traffic is common due to its popularity. We started collecting in Leblon, went through several neighborhoods, ending with the last one in Lapa. Despite possible traffic challenges, our commitment to a smooth and enjoyable experience remains unwavering as we head to our final destination.

    Adventure to Paradise

    Lucas never forgot about the only American on board. I am surprised he handled everyone and still had time to explain everything. This tour literally made my trip to Brazil to enjoy its beauty outside of Rio. The music on the boat the logistics of the taxi to get us to the boats was well coordinated. Maybe our tour guide was just the best Lucas thank you made our day. Long day but worth every minute. Do not miss this tour the beaches the water the experience was worth it all.

    Be careful TOUR GUY SCAMMING TOURISTS

    The place is absolutely amazing, this haven't any discussion but the negative thing is the tour guy was with us TODAY, him name is LUCAS and he is SCAMMING to the tourists: 1. Doesn't matter you got the booking all included, he is gonna ask you for extra tasas (25 reales or more for taxes, taxi...) when the only service not included are 6 reales (3 tax of boat and another 3 tax management garden). You can check it on your viator ticket (I showed him before paying and he mentioned how it is wrong) 2. This tour don't mentioned anything about snorkel or cover for phones, well, as optional they gonna offer you a RENT it for double price before arriving at the boat port (Marina) where you can get it in the shops for haft prices before boarding to the boat. 3. He didn't bring me back my change and either others tourists when we paid the taxes. We were a group of 40 peoples, towards the end of the tour, he didnt ask any tips and that's make sense, he scammed all tourists in the beginning. I hope Viator takes actions in this tour, its disgusting people like that working in tourism.

    We have reported your review, you are stating falsehood. The cost of the marina fee of arraial is 3 dollars, and the jardinera, 3 dollars, it is written on our tour, and it is clear. Now if a person can't tell the difference between $ dollars and R$ reais, it certainly can't be our fault. We have a recorded conversation with you where you give us 10's for the tour. Where you say that the guide is fantastic and we are beautiful people. So you're giving us 1, and accusing us of being coup plotters, simply because you can't distinguish the $ in dollars from the R$ in reais. Also, 6 dollars is 30 reais, and you only left 25, saying you'd give the 5 at the end, and you didn't leave it. The cell phone covers, we don't sell them, you have met a seller as you can meet him anywhere on the Earth, so your review is false and out of place. I recommend that you view all the information the next time you make a purchase. We hope to see you soon in rio de janeiro again, hoping that you will choose another agency, and not ours, which you have tried to cause problems, with your lies.

    Great trip worth every dime. Breathtaking views. The beaches are beautiful the water is so blue. Our tour guide spoke very good English considering everyone speaks Portuguese, she was very helpful and friendly It was an amazing experience
