Driver failed to pick me up. I was waiting at the place he specified and he said he was there but didn't make himself known and left.

You were not at the right place at the right time. You do not even have whatsapp to communicate. Year 2024 and you do not have whatsapp. How do you want us to locate you if you are not where we indicated. By magic, and on top of that he demands a refund for not being where he was supposed to be. Shame on him
