        We will meet at: Siqueira Campos, 90 in the Lobby of the Hotel Atlantico Copacabana. **IMPORTANT**: please ensure you are heading to the correct address. There are more than one Hotel Atlantico. You can also go by subway to the Siqueira Campos station. Please arrive 5-10min before the tour starts.

      Excellent Rio cuisine experience

      This was such a great introduction to the food and drink of Rio. Not only was Murillo very knowledgable on the cuisine, he also had a good knowledge of the history of Brazil which made for a very interesting evening. There were only 2 of us on the tour so it made for a much more intimate and personal experience. Give Murillo a booking, you won't regret it!!

      A great tour. Wholly engaging and fun. We were a small group of 6 people from different countries but Murillo ensured we gelled really well. We visited 4 bars and enjoyed local delicacies and drinks which I would have been unaware of without the tour. At the end of the night, Murillo ensured all went home safely. He was a great guide and I strongly recommend this tour. Special thanks also to Gabriel for showing us back to the hotel which he was not obliged to do.

      As a solo female traveler, this was one of the best ways I was able to get a real taste of Rio! Our guide was fun, charismatic and so so knowledgeable. The food was AMAZING, the stories kept us laughing and the drinks were consistently delicious! I would’ve never seen these neighborhoods and bars without this tour! 10/10 - book it, you wont regret it! Also - go earlier in your trip! It’ll be a great way to get more recommendations!

      Me and my friend went on a Bar Food tour and it was great!!!. We visited 4 different bars and were able to try different kinds of local food that maybe we would not have ordered by ourselves. We also tried several local drinks. It is not only the food but also a taste of local life in Copacabana. We, as two girls, felt really safe and had a great time.

      One of the best tours we have ever been on! We got to try a bunch of food and have several drinks at every stop. It felt like you were out with friends. It was very relaxed and not rushed. I would highly recommend going with Murillo!

      This tour was fabulous and I would highly recommend it. The guide Murillo was amazing. He took us to 4 local bars that we would have never gone to on our own. Each had history, a story, great food, and great drinks. We tried local beer, wine, Caprihinia, a local coconut drink, and more. The food was great as well and you really got the feel you were among the locals. Give this tour a go, you won’t be disappointed.

      I’ve been on other food tours in numerous other cities, and when I spend $80, I expect to go to proper restaurants and get more than $3 dollars worth of food on that tour. There were eight people in total on my tour, and there were maybe 8-10 small appetizers ordered in total on the tour for all of us. The places that we went to were cheap kiosk places rather than proper restaurants. Very disappointing, specially when compared to a food tour that I went on in Buenos Aires, which was very good. Frankly, I feel like I got scammed on this one.

      We had a great time on this tour, the food and drinks were fantastic! We went to small places we would never have found on our own and felt like locals. Wonderful hospitality!

      Murillo was an excellent host, very knowledgeable about Rio and easy to talk to. He showed us many hidden gems we wouldn’t have been able to find on our own and was mindful of any dietary restrictions/preferences. Highly recommend!

      As a lone traveler, this tour is exactly what I needed to become accommodated to the beautiful and somewhat overwhelming city. The guide took it upon himself to make sure I was acclimated to the incredible imagery of the city. I can honestly say, he was was more of a comrade than a guide. So many tours are empty and impersonal, only chasing $$$$$. Not this tour, the guide took a genuine interest in me as a person and helped me adjust to the foreign culture. The guide was knowledgeable and had an amazing ability to suggest what exactly you needed to have the best experience touring the city. I can’t suggest this tour and company any more than to tell your it is worth it. This is what I have always looked for in a traveling companion.

      We had an amazing time, the evening felt like we were out with a friend. It is clear that the establishment, the food and the drink were carefully selected to ensure that we have a true experience of the local pub scene. We thoroughly enjoyed the conversation about the city, the country and the world in general. The best part was when through conversation I found out that we shared more than our love for food and beverages, our passion for travel, local culture and life in general. Thank you for showing us a side of Rio we wouldn't have experience if it wasn't for this tour.

      Very authentic tasty food. Our guide was fantastic and we learnt a lot about the local pubs, history and had a variety of beverages. Definitely recommend this tour in Rio. You walk away feeling that you have experienced Rio in a different way and not just hanging on the tourist strip.

      The guide was incredible! The best way to explore the fun bars in Rio. He personally looked out for the brute group and knew the history of each bar he took us too.
