Nothing Better Than Pasta and Gelato!

I LOVED this class!!! Because it was off-season, we were the only ones in the class, which was great because we really felt like we were getting specialized attention. (I, especially, needed help with my kneading) I feel like pasta is less scary to try now!

So much fun. The instructor was so friendly and patient and showed such great hospitality. This is near Vatican so if your staying in city centre make sure you book when your doing other things at that side of town
