At the time of the transfer, the driver will wait at the agreed airport pick-up point for a maximum of 60 minutes from the time of flight arrival
in the unlikely event that you cannot locate the driver at the meeting point, or if you are delayed in customs, immigration, baggage collection or lost luggage, it is your responsibility to call the emergency number or send an email to make contact. If you fail to call the emergency contact number within 60 minutes of the actual landing time for airport collections, and as such the service provider is not made aware of the problem, the service will be considered a no show.

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.

Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

When I arrived, the limo driver was not there. I waited maybe 40 minutes then I had to call the number and spoke to someone. Finally. He came and was very nice. But I shouldn’t have had to wait and call. I wouldn’t us the same service again

Because of the uncertainty of air travel these days, we arrived at the Rome airport two days before our cruise. Maurizio Negro met us at the Rome airport at punctually at 9:00 am, provided an amazing three hour tour of Rome, and delivered us to our hotel in a lovely, trendy neighborhood. This was our third trip to Rome, so we wanted something special. Maurizio provided us an amazing experience that only a professional limo driver could do. He was exceptional!
