      QR Code did not work (paper or online). Phone did not answer! Very frustrating! Come all the way to Rome and don’t get to see the inside of the Coliseum is very upsetting, and because we spent so much time trying to contact the company, we couldn’t miss our next tour.

      Being inside the great Coliseum The crowd was overwhelming however, and you were always being directed or redirected one way or the other. That was a little disappointing to be honest with you. I’m great that I went, but it was hard to get in because a few people spoke English there and didn’t want to help. Thankfully, I called you guys up and you were able to help me get a ticket in place I missed out on the forum because I didn’t know it was right behind the Colosseum, so I never had a chance to go into the Roman forum, which is unfortunate, perhaps you could send me a free voucher so I can get into the Roman forum because I was really looking forward to it. I didn’t know it was exactly behind the Colosseum and so my time lapsed and that’s disappointed if you are so inclined to send a free pass I would appreciate it and the best time for me would be this coming Tuesday April 2. 2024 or Saturday, April 6, 2024 so I can get into see the Roman forum. My email address is on file.

      The site is well worth visiting. The only problem was we were sold tickets for 3:00 and the place closes up at 4:00! Really!? Way too short a visit. We were hurried out by the security. Why did Viator sell this time slot without a notice!?

      COLLESSEUM - what an experience- tix were sent to me day before our visit - would have been better to have them in my hand when I paid and before I left the US.

      Guilia worked very hard to make our experience possible. Since it is necessary to wait in some lines, it would have been nice if the leader told us interesting facts about the Colliseo until we were actually inside. That would be a valuable skip-the-line episode.

      The coliseum and roman forum were amazing. The view from Palatina hill can't be lost. We didn’t received the tickets by email and we send a message to the company . The agency contact us by WhatsApp and Guila was so proactive and helpful. It was an amazing experience.

      VIATOR = A fuir Aucune nouvelle pour notre visite au colissee. Il a fallu appeler xxx fois jusqu'à l'heure de rdv pour démarrer la visite. Aucun billet envoyé. Suite échange avec entourage, c'est une façon de faire et si pas de nouvelles, c'est de la marge net pour VIATOR. A fuir sans arrière pensée.
