The guide never showed up. We waited an hour and a half. Our driver that picked us up at the hotel even tried to find the guide, but no luck.

Get ready to walk and walk...

The only problem we had is the meeting place. It was very confusing. Suggest she meets her party outside the restaurant on the corner (across the Coliseum), or when her party is ready, she could come to meet her party.

I booked the tour 2 hours before the beginning and it was wonderful! The tour guide was terrific and even if I was in Rome before I saw something different !!!! I loved the time with them it was the best tour of my life!!!!!

This tour was postponed and canceled later. To be clear wasn't the guide tour , in this case Vittoria. Was viator... And I was the last person to know what happened. I have to say thank you to Vittoria for let me know or I still waiting in that corner to start the tour. Guys from viator please don't do this to anyone else. .. use your brain .. still being for free . Never assume someone in vacation is going to be checking emails... Please text or call I wasted my time and money for this situation
