Reservation said we were...

Reservation said we were to meet our driver inside at the meeting place. Noone there. Called driver 3 times to make connection and get picked up. He told us he was not allowed to come into the meeting place as of a month ago, to meet riders. Strange he would say that when we saw other company's representatives there to meet passengers. I question this statement. The irritating part is it was raining, and my family and I had to go upstairs and out into the rain to get picked up. Most frustrating that we had to do this given the instructions we received about the meeting place. Why did we not get updated instructions as to where to meet? There was confusion and we could not immediately identify the driver. Once on board the ride was fine.

Highly recommend this service if you want peace of mind for critical transfer between airport and hotel or cruise ship. Matteo (owner) is highly professional and helpful driver ! After long international flight, was relieved to see his “welcome to Rome” text upon my wife’s and I’s airport arrival and help coordinating where to meet driver. Best in class customer service

I cannot express enough gratitude to Matteo and his services with Mia Limo. I arrived in Rome rather late after an international flight with my family. After being dropped off at our apartment in Rome, I very clumsily left some baggage outside of my apartment while attending to my small children inside for bedtime. As I started to unpack I realized I was missing two pieces of luggage. I contacted Matteo to see if we left our items in his vehicle which we had not. My bags had airtags so we could see they were in another area of the city. Matteo offered to assist us the following day, by calling the location where we could see our bags (my Italian is not very good). We discovered the bags were at the Police Station. Matteo made time to call for us, and also pick us up the following day to retrieve our bags. I cannot express how much help this was and really eliminated our stressful start to our long stay in Rome. I highly recommend Mia Limo and Matteo for all of your Rome transfer needs.

The driver was very professional & the limo was clean. He was where I was told he would be & was on time. I believe he spoke very little English because his responses to questions were brief & he never engaged in any conversation, which is fine but we like to chat with divers.
