Hi. Our guide was extremely nice. But, he had a significant language barrier, and seemingly not a lot of knowledge. Therefore, we learned little to nothing. He was more like a nice taxi driver. No stories or much history beyond the minimal.

Amira, our tour guide, was absolutely fabulous, providing a perfect ending - a wonderful half-day tour of Rome - to our Italian vacation on our last full day in Rome. She was fully prepared, with guides, photo albums, maps of the numerous sites of the tour. Her encyclopedic knowledge extended her explanations as well with humor, including her inside jokes on a Roman massage & mosquitos. An ESSENTIAL TOUR.

Rude tour guide. She was complaining about everything and everyone. I know it is hard to run through places in rush hour but it is important to be cordial to people. Especially a great group of 6 people.

This was a good tour, and it was as it was detailed in the description, save the fact our driver spoke little to no English. He did take us to the highlights, and he did a great job driving in crazy traffic and crowds, but he could offer little to no explanation of what we were seeing.

Whirlwind in a minivan

A 4-hour driving visit to several major tourist highlights was always going to involve compromises in terms of depth and time. Our driver made a supreme effort to gain proximity to many sites and through narration and pictures endeavored to explain their context. Rome driving can be harrowing for the experienced. It's good to leave the driving to professional people like our guide.
