We flew from Catania to Rome first thing in the Morning, and at Noon we flew direct to Toronto. We had a 4 hour layover. I am glad that we booked the Premium Lounge. Comfortable Chairs, good selection of food. If there are any criticisms, it is: 1. Lack of large coffee mugs. I realize that we are Canadian, but if you go through the concourse you will see lots of mugs for sale that are the right size. We needed coffee cups/mugs that would hold a cup of coffee as big as your fist. 2. The bathrooms could have been cleaner. I have seen worse, but I have also seen better. But we would definitely book another Lounge in future.

Lovely staff Huge private bathroom for a shower was so great to have a shower before our long flight home. Nice fresh food. Plenty of seating.

We prefer to help ourselves to drinks and food. The choice of food was poor and we would have been better off going in a bar in the terminal. Not to be repeated,

Very Misleading Viator listing.Most Premium plaza lounges in North America offer free alcoholic drinks with a upcharge for expensive brands..that is how this is listed on the Viator add for this place..Long story short you do not get free drinks.if you ask for house wine you get a very small glass after that you pay for everything.Also as advertised they say buffet..There is no buffet and you have to use a qr code to order food and there are very limited selections...If this place was in Canafa I would report them to the Competition Burea re false advertising..I have used Plaza Premium lounges before and most of them are of good value..This not one of them.Save your money and use the many restaurants in the terminal..On a side note the men's washroom was 50 percent blocked off which caused other problems.

A place for a good rest and wash up could do with a bit more variety of biscuits and little cakes but overall good

Rien de spécial , buffet très moyen pour le prix et même le confort pas au top pour un salon vip et surtout pour le prix j’ai payé 44€ pour 03 heurs mais pas satisfaites
