    Nice morning food tour exploring parts of Trastevere

    We were the only ones on our tour- which I was nervous about. But we got a personal introduction into Trastevere and had an amazing afternoon with Roberta. Seeing hidden gems and trying the local spots and foods was a blast. She was incredibly personal and gave us little historical facts as we walked around. I almost wished it had been longer and we could have covered even more spots as I see some of the other tours do! But it was a really nice morning and we had a great time.

    They need to beef up this tour or charge less.

    We did read the reviews for this tour and understood that it is a food tour not a tour guide but it would have been so much more enjoyable if learned about the culture as well as the food. The portions were very small compared to other food tours we have done. For example, our pizza sample was a 2x3 inch rectangle. Very yummy- would have liked to have a little more. This is not a cheap. I would have preferred to do a little more research on my own and done my own food tour or go have dinner at a nice restaurant. Food guide was so nice.

    Went to 4 different restaurants and tasted very good quality typical local food. Marcina was very good at explaining the background of the variety of food we ate. We also walked and learned the area we ate in.
