      Just a normal transport experience. Temperature was not controlled well inside the bus and it did not depart until every single seat was occupied.

      It was a nice ride to Rome Center - train terminal for drop off point. I ordered tickets on line, printed off my voucher and presented voucher at ticket window with no issues. Thankfully, a local directed us to where the bus pick ups were. Pick up area is not visible as you exit the airport. You must turn right and walk about 3 minutes to area.

      We got our tickets outside the airport and took a nice bus ride from the airport to Rome central city. The cost was reasonable and the ride was comfortable. I would recommend this company for transport from the airport to the city.

      Make sure you print your voucher as showing it on your mobile is not enough. You need to go out of the airport and find area 12 (turn right) and there is the Terravision booth where you exchange your voucher for your ticket. Give your ticket to the representative by the bus and we were able to get on half an hour before our allotted time. It took about 50 minutes to get to the station as traffic was bad but we enjoyed relaxing and seeing a bit of Rome.

      Easy to find, just follow yellow signs to shuttle bus. As you are approaching spot 12 to the right is the terravision ticket booth, it’s the middle one. That is where you redeem voucher to get ticket and proceed to spot 14. Awesome customer service all around. We got in 3 hours early and got on bus right away. Smooth ride, ac was good and dropped off on east side of termini station. You can search drop off spot on Google maps searching airport shuttle bus stop FCO/CIA. Only thing that wasn’t great was the free for all at drop off spot to get luggage. That’s not a knock on this company, as it’s the same for all of them

      The bus and service are fine, however we had to pay again because although we reserved online our name was not registered. There are pley bus services just get your ticket when you het there.

      Easy and a good value to get to the Rome Termini. Would have been helpful to have more specifics about where to go to get the actual ticket needed to board the bus. We had a voucher and had to double back in the rain to obtain the ticket. We did have the option to take an earlier bus as we were through the airport quicker than expected, that was great. And we had good directions to find the bus location.

      Terravision was extremely helpful in explaining the bus location via phone and they accepted a mobile pdf of our vouchers. The bus ride itself was smooth and convenient. Highly recommend this option if you’re staying near Termini station!

      Waited a long time for a bus. Very very crowded and hot. Would take the train next time. Much faster and cheaper.
