Great traveling experience

Driver showed up early which was great but he was unhappy that we had luggage. The site said two luggage a piece. His car was a hatchback and our large suitcases had trouble fitting in. Then he dropped us at terminal three in Rome but at the front and United was at the end. We had a long distance to walk. We gave him a tip because of his punctuality.

We apologize for everything that has happened. But I can tell you that it's not your fault; you were traveling with large suitcases. You had booked a car, which was a Mercedes Benz Classe E, and it was sufficient for two people, but you had large suitcases. In this case you should have booked a Van. Furthermore, he dropped you off at Terminal 3 as you requested, but it wasn't his fault that you had to walk because nobody knows which Gate you need to check-in at. He is inside the airport, and you can easily find him using the applications designed for this purpose. He simply performed his duty by arriving at 5 am in the morning to provide the service and did it correctly.
