Worst driver ever!

Drove the car too fast tailgating and scaring us to death while texting on his phone. Didn’t drop us off at the right airline after we told him exactly where but instead said to us,”You don’t trust me?” He was absolutely the worst driver ever. I was nauseous and stressed out by the time we reached the airport.

We had another bad experience with your driver some months ago, and after him being very sorry about what happened and begging us for a new opportunity, we gave it to him. We believed in him and gave him another opportunity, thats the simple truth. This is unacceptable. We gave him an extra chance/hope, but he sadly misused it. We are very very very sorry for what happened with you and very sad about the quality of your experience. It is very far with what we aim for as a company. Sincerely appreciate that accommodation was made for late arrival. Only a 3star because driver was on phone while driving and it was not safe.

Flight arrival time changed - no problem!

Our flights were delayed, canceled and rerouted so our arrival time in Rome kept changing but it was easy to contact our driver and he was there waiting for us when we finally made it! I would absolutely recommend this for anyone arriving in Rome!

Highly Recommended Transfer Service

We got picked up at our hotel in a very timely manner. A text was sent to us when the car arrived and we were quickly escorted to vehicle. The drive to the airport included a final pass by the Colosseum which was a nice touch. Probably one of the cleanest cars I have ever been driven in for an airport transfer. Arrived to the airport safely and way a head of the expected arrival time. Thank you for such a great experience.

Nice driver, but late!

Our flight was delayed leaving ORD, but made up most of time and landed pretty close to the original time, however, our driver did not pay close attention to the flight and we were left waiting for over half an hour! After flying all night, arriving at an unknown airport, and expecting to be greeted at said airport, waiting half an hour did not make me happy! Our driver was very apologetic and we are booked with the same company for our departure transportation.

I received very quick responses to my messages regarding pickup. I was concerned because we had a lot of luggage and our lodging was on a very tight street. Not only were they quick to respond, the driver was several minutes early and was able to get the van very close to our door. Everything about this from booking to drop off was perfect.
