      Wonderful, helpful tour

      This was an amazing way to experience the Vatican- I have been before but my husband has not, so it was great to get all the more niche details! Our guide Eulia (sp?) was very engaging and knowledgeable, and you could tell she was an expert guide!

      Seeing the museums and Sistine Chapel and Basilica are once in a lifetime experiences and skipping the line because of the tour is worth it. However once inside, we would have preferred to explore on our own (we learned and did Colosseum that way). Guide focused on lots of things that had nothing to do with what we were seeing. However, no matter what, taking in these 3 places in one tour is a lot and going back in the off season to do one at a time would be my recommendation. It was also 100 deg F.

      My wife and daughter and I were unable to attend the tour because of the dress code. No where on the website was it listed that shoulders and knees had to be covered. This should be mentioned when purchasing the tickets.

      Our tour guide was knowledgeable and kind. The venue itself should have had more crowd control and spaced out the number of people in certain areas due to the size of the rooms. It was hard to follow our tour guide in some cases due to shoulder to shoulder people. I don't think it was safe in some area if there were an emergency. And it was impossible to see everything due to the number of people allied in at the same time.

      To be clear - we were removed from this tour and moved onto a large group tour. So our review is for the larger group tour. Pros - the company tried to work with us to accommodate our changing travel plans Cons - they started 30 minutes before they said and we were almost “late”, very frantic start to tour, huge group, St. Peter’s was closed so we were unable to see it Sadly, we paid for a smaller group tour and we did not get that experience.

      This tour would have been worth it if only for the ease with which our group avoided the tremendous line. But it was excellent because our guide, Federico, was at ease, knowledgeable and had a great sense of humor. The crowds were nearly overwhelming but the headsets through which Federico spoke made the experience not only manageable but also informative. He also took us to parts of the museum that are off the beaten path.

      We had visit Vatican Museums Sistine Chapel and Vatican Basilica. Had a fantastic tour, it was not enough time to know about everything, The guide was extremely knowledge. For some of the books what he been mention I should pay more attention to remember. If by any chance he will be able to read this review , I would kindly ask him to give me name of those books. His historical knowledge is impressive. It was an unforgettable tour that will forever remain in my memory. Please, send my highers rating for guide ( sorry I forget his name, shame of me) - tour was on 28/10/22 at 15.00. Thank you a lot . Juila ( Belgium)

      The Vatican and Sistine Chapel exceeded any notions of what you see in pictures. Guide took his time on detail and history- learned quite a bit.

      Our tour guide Gabriel, was very informative and we were able to learn things we never knew. I would advise an earlier tour, ours was at 15:00, because the exhibits begin closing down at 17:00. Other than the timing, the tour was great.

      A história é linda mas a bagunça, e a quantidade absurda de pessoas é muito ruim Os guias deveriam ter uma camiseta é uma bandeira da marca e não qualquer pedaço de pano que piora a bagunça Realmente difícil de identificar Bons guias mas sem identificação adequada Não sabia com quem falar no coliseu .. sem identificação… foi sem querer que achei … na calçada O Vaticano era uma loja que foi mais fácil
