I need a refund .

Tour booking was cancelled within half hour of the arrival time. The booking was apparently a technical glitch , and I should not have been able to book as the time slot & walking tour were apparently erroneous, not actually going to occur. ** Walking tour cancelled immediately prior by operator- I NEED A FULL REFUND FROM VIATOR **. Please - Immediately REFUND MY FULL PURCHASE PRICE AS WAS ERROR BY OPERATOR & MAYBE BY THE VIATOR BOOKING SYSTEM??
