Tour guide was intoxicated

The tour would have been better if our tour guide Christine wasn't intoxicated. She was hiccuping, loosing her train of thought, slurring her speech and stumbling all over the place. I am a nurse practitioner and I can identify someone who is intoxicated quickly, but almost our entire group was aware too as multiple people pointed it out. It's embarrassing for your company quite frankly. The tour stops were good, and I learned some new stories from what I could comprehend from her, but I would not encourage anyone to consider booking this tour. Thankfully we had a similar tour booked for the following night and had a much better experience there.

What a scam of a tour company. Horrible tour. We didn’t stop at any of the places on the list. The tour was at least 40 people and the description said no more than 9 people. The tour says the cemetery admission is included. The tour guide said it was closed because of Columbus Day weekend. Another lie bc we saw tour groups enter the cemetery all weekend. They ruined our last night in Salem.

Not worth the price

Our group was split into two smaller groups because there was cancellations. Even with the smaller group it still felt large. It was hard to hear our guide through out the whole tour. It seemed like surrounding tours had louder mics so I just listened into there’s. I thought this store would be scarier and have more information since it was 21plus and $36 dollars. It wasn’t any different then any of the other family friendly tours expect our guide swore a couple times. No really ghost stories you don’t hear on any other tour.

This was not a good experience we had a group of 11 for a bachelorette party and we were unable to hear the guide due to lack of a microphone and we were told to shut the f*** up by another guest. Booking took 30 minutes on the phone because I couldn’t add my card . Overall it was not a good experience for the bride.… it was a 90 minute tour and we didn’t move for 40 minutes
