Jun-Sep 2022 Please use F Street/Lagoon Drive at Bay Boulevard, then continue west on Lagoon Drive, which turns into Marina Parkway. From Marina Parkway, go west on G Street. At Quay Avenue, turn south to Bayside Parkway, then go west into the park. You'll see our Chula Vista Water Sports canopy.

The owner of chips vista water sports was super chill and cool! Recommended some great spots for us to visit and was overall very welcoming. Super accommodating to our requests! 10/10 experience for those who have never kayaked. It was very fun! Will come back to them again! 👍🏽🤩

Amazing experience. Since it’s in the bay, the water is close to 70 degrees, super warm and refreshing on a hot day. A water bag was even provided free of charge to put our phone, keys, and wallets in. There are also bathrooms and wash stations in the park, so you can even rinse and change before heading out to your next adventure. Owner is pretty, down to earth guy just doing what he loves. Timely and affordable experience, actually, he even let us start 10 minutes early :).

We were looking for an activity to do with the family. We picked up my daughter who had flown in from Oregon. We laughed so hard our stomachs ached. It’s a good experience to share. My seven year old granddaughter had so much fun. Two of my adult daughters who had never kayaked before, enjoyed it very much. Mike from the rentals has a wonderful personality, the other young man was knowledgeable and kind as well. Will definitely be back.

Thank you for the review. Glad you enjoyed your first time Kayaking. Sorry the bay seemed a bit murky that day, but It may help to know that all bodies of water surrounding San Diego County including the San Diego Bay are tested weekly for bacteria.

It was a beautiful day. The waters were agreeable for kayaking. The process to schedule reservation and get on the water were very smooth. Very helpful instructors gave us tips and safety instructions. Great experience. Will do jet skiing next.

We accidentally booked our ticket for Sunday but we meant for it to be booked on Saturday. They were very understanding and were still able to accommodate our 5 person group with equipment. Very pleased with our experience and will definitely consider booking with them again on my next trip to San Diego.

Lovely view, good work out, and great staff! Parking was abundant, easy to find the tent, we were welcomed by the owner of the business ( I don't remember his name because I am the worst with names) but he was very friendly and gave clear instructions. It is a great work out, you will get your butt wet, and I recommend taking dramamine.

It was amazing the instructor was so helpful and cared about our safety. He supplied all necessary equipment (Kayak, paddles, life vest) and also a dry bag that can fit up to a pair of shoes. I recommend bringing a speaker to put in your dry bag. Great for a date or group.
