Totally cool guide, Yuma, was a fun and upbeat lady to spend the day with. Stunning drive to see West Coast. We waded through a river to catch great views of two waterfalls, stopped at a gorgeous beach, authentic lunch, and a bit of snorkeling at Crash Boat Beach. Need to be a strong swimmer to swim over to crashed boat and hover near center to see some fish. Ended day with drink in a pineapple

The itinerary in the booking is not correct. When you click on the post and scroll down, that's not where the tour was. We ended up on an East tour. When I booked and looked at the itinerary we were supposed to go to the black sand beach. That's all I was looking foward to. However the tour guide Jazell was amazing. I reached out to Shiela and Tonya. Neither one of them have yet to contact me. All I wanted to do was to take my gf to the black sand beach for her birthday. Ruined!

Good morning after speaking with Viator, they had confirmed that the tour was selected by the customers not too sure if it’s bc of the day you booked the tour bc Fri, Sat & Sun the tours go to a different part of the island. But viator did confirm that the mistake was made on the clients end by selecting the wrong tour, our apologies

Great other side of the island tour

This was a great out of the way from the touristy area tour. We stayed in San Juan and the first location was 2 hours away but the sites on the way and out excellent guide Leroy Lopez was the best as he spoke perfect English and Spanish which worked excellent for us as we speak very little Spanish. He was very personable and the tour was a private experience which made it very nice. Wish all tours could be so personal which made us enjoy the trip that much more.. highly recommend this tour when in PR

Horrible

Our tour was yesterday and it was horrible. We only made one stop for sight seeing which was the tunnel. Most of the tour is just driving. The price for the trip was not worth it at all. I am very upset. The snorkeling gear was horrible. This tour ruined my trip. I went with my friends and everyone was upset and angry. I deserve at least half of my refund back. Place tell me how driving to one sight seeing and going to the beach is worth $145? We could have done all of that for free. I would deeply appreciate if a manager reaches out to me. This is not fair. It's absurd!

Good morning crystal, and thank you for your feedback. After talking to go our guide, about your day. It seems that you and your group booked this tour assuming it was apart of the Real PR Yacht Party experience, which is only sold on our website. However the cost of the tour covers your RT PRIVATE TRANSPORTATION from San Juan To the. West side of Puerto Rico, which is 2.5 hours 1 way. A personal host to take you on a more friends and family style tour. In which she made requested stops for you and your group. The complete description of the tour is detailed before you actually book, so we provided EXACTLY what was stated. As far as snorkeling gear goes, we know that first time snorkelers sometimes have a difficult time snorkeling so we apologize if you feel the equipment wasn’t sufficient. We will have a manager reach out to you later on today. Also our guide stated that at no point was she told that you guys were unhappy with the experience she actually stated “The clients loved their tour, especially the beach” so she was a little confused by this review.
