Pickup details

We pick up from all the hotels in San Juan and Airb&b’s. We will provide the nearest pick-up locations since some of the locations listed here, the tour bus, won't stop for a pick-up. Buses stop at specific hotels depending on the area. For people staying in the Old San Juan area, the pick-up location is Plaza Colon. Keep in mind pick-up times are approximate. Tour buses start doing the pick-up at 10:00 am; depending on your location, it will be later. The driver will be calling you by your name have your ID ready to aboard the bus. As right now is high season traffic in the mornings is very busy, be patient and enjoy a coffee while you wait!

A proper safety briefing will be given to participate in the water slide activity. It is imperative all guests cooperate and follow all given instructions to avoid injury or a dangerous situation. Please note this is a rainforest with a very rocky terrain. This is an extreme adventure.
Not recommended for travelers with back problems
Travelers should have a moderate physical fitness level
Maximum weight to participate in the waterslide is 240lbs. All other participants may complete the activity at their own risk.
This tour/activity will have a maximum of 50 travelers

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.

Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

Rainforest with no sight seeing.

This rainforest tour was not what we thought it was, you didn’t get to walk in the forest to see waterfalls or noting. You only went to one water slide which was fun and went down the slide and walked a couple of feet away and you got to swim for about 30 minutes. Then you will get dropped of an empty beach with nothing to do or no tents or chairs to sit at from 2-4. We went to a restaurant to eat and pass time so we wouldn’t be in the sun for 2 hours (there is restaurants on the strip) Bring socks if you plan on getting on the slide.

Enjoyed this excursion. However, would have preferred a little less time in the rainforest and more time at the beach. Two hours is simply not enough time to enjoy the kiosks and relax on the beach. Otherwise it was a great time!

We did not tour the rainforest at all. We went down a hill to 1 waterfall. Our next stop was the beach. Majority of our time was spent on the bus picking up and dropping off people.

We loved going down the water slide! Very family friendly and the hike was pretty short. Then we loved the beautiful beach. Such a fun day and great value. The tour guides were knowledgeable and funny. Highly recommend.

BAD TOUR GUY!

The tour guy was 23 years old. He lead the group and did not take his time. At one point people did not know where to go. My husband has a bladder issue and the tour guy was annoyed because he asked him to stop on our way back to use the bathroom. He cursed at my husband! Lovely view of the rain forest but this company needs more mature people who can take their time because the hike has a bunch of large and slippery rocks!!!
