Unfriendly

We requested from the service a driver who wouldn't mind making a couple site seeing stops and one grocery stop from Santo Domingo to Puenta Cana. They said no problem and charged an extra $50 which we were happy to pay. Out driver was very unfriendly and abrubt. We are very happy people in general and he never once cracked a smile. Did not even provide water which most services do on long drives. He was very impatient. We could tell he did not want to make the additional stops. On one stop at a beautiful Cathedral he interrupted my friend in prayer to tell her it was time to go. We had not been there very long. When arriving at condo, he started to unload all our luggage at front desk. Attendant said driver needed to drive us to our building to unload. We asked they translate that to him due to language barier. Which they did. We turned to get in the car and he had not only our luggage but the groceries unloaded and was very displeased when he had to throw it all back in the car. Even though he was told already to take it to We canceled our plan to stop at a museum because we just wanted to get out of the car as soon as possible. Maybe he was having a bad day personally but he did not need to share all the negativity and ruin our day.

The driver arrived about 15 mins early for pick up! He also had Wifi in the car that I used on the way to my destination. He offered to stop if for bathroom or snack breaks as well which was nice! We got to the hotel on time and safe! Really great experience, would use the service again!

I used the service when traveling from a hotel in Punta Cana to the Santo Domingo airport and the driver arrived early to pick me up. They also made contact with me beforehand to confirm pick up details. Once they arrived, they helped with my luggage and took me to my destination. We made it to the airport in about 2hrs and 10 mins. I slept most of the way there since it was early in the morning. All in all a really good experience!

Felt so safe getting to punta Cana from Santo Domingo airport. The driver Joel was very nice and professional and made me feel safe traveling by myself. Very smooth ride. Make sure you give a tip these drivers are very professional and truly deserve it. Will book with them again.

Welp, we reached our destination. “Cristian” our driver was very nice, friendly and professional. Unfortunately, our van failed about an hour into the trip. We appreciate that a replacement van and driver showed up in about 10 minutes. He did not give his name. He did take phone call after phone call, sounded of a personal nature, and carry on with conversation for much of the remaining 2+ hours of our trip.

Excellent service both ways! We were so happy with the timely and courteous service that we asked Leo to pick us back up for the return. The 2 hour drive from Santo Domingo to Punta Cana and then back was smooth and uneventful. We even requested to stop at a kiosk on the route for refreshments and all was good. Great service all around!

The driver never offered to help with bags . he didn’t speak any english thank god i knew a little spanish and had my friend on phone who spoke spanish. he then paid for parking ticket and lost it so i had to get out of car and look for it . then he got pulled over by cops for speeding. bad trip
