It was a excellent experience with Notos travel. As soon we were outside of airport the driver was waiting for us with a paper with my name. And he drop us right in front of the hotel. The driver was friendly and helpful. I will recommend them to others for sure.

Booked a shared taxi online through Viator and avoided the overcharging, rude, shouting mass of taxi drivers that prey at arriving passengers at the port in Santorini. This is an excellent service, we were met straight away on landing, the vehicles are clean, modern and air-conditioned. The greeting staff and drivers are very courteous and helpful. I highly recommend Viator.

The transport never showed up, when I called them, they hung up on me as soon as I finished saying “Hi, I’m at the port waiting for my transfer.” Called back again and again and they would pick up and hang up. Plus calling at international rates, I understand sometimes things happen, traffic, etc, but at least let me know and don’t hang up repeatedly. Ended up having to take a cab so I paid twice for a transfer to my hotel.

The transfer from the airport was great. We were delayed at the airport because our baggage did not arrive with us. But our contact made sure that we were picked up and delivered to our hotel when we were ready. That was much appreciated!

The lady that met me at the airport was very helpful. It took over an hour to clear customs because of the additional COVID checks but the lady was still patiently waiting. Driver and car were excellent. I will be booking with this company again in a week's time.
