Mr. Kim our guide was very accomodating to our needs. He gave us a great glimpse of Seoul(& South Korea)'s history while taking in the wonderful view of Seoul from several mountain vantage points.

Same tourguide for the day and night tour Mr Kim our tourguide is very courteous and informative and very attentive to the our needs like going to the restroom. The dinner was good eating like the local with grilled fish and pork with side dishes like kimchi and others alike. He showed us the old part of the City . We all had a great time … GReat Tour Bravo!!!

It was nice but not worth the time nor the price

I was very disappointed with the tour. The overall content of the tour was SEVERELY lacking. Although the tour guide, Jimmy, was nice, I felt that it was not worth the money I paid, as I had expected more value from the tour. .1) I was dropped off at the night market and given only 30 minutes to explore the supper market. I felt that there was no explanation about the market or any guidance provided. Secondly, I found the fortress to be nice, and appreciated the detailed history provided behind it. Thirdly, the BBQ restaurant was okay, but it was my first time having Korean BBQ and I received no explanation about what to do or any background story. Overall, I did not feel that this tour was worth the money I spent. Our group paid close to $100 per person, and as there were six of us in the group, we expected more value from the tour. I felt that it was more like an Uber drive around town, rather than a food tour. Based on my experience, I do not recommend this tour to anyone.

If you did not satisfy with our tour and servce, We can tell You must be a very picky person cuz most of our tourist love this tour. I'll give you an advice. Please call a Taxi or Uber in next time and you'll be happy.

Saw a lot in a very short time .

If there is a six star rating we’d give our guide Jimmy a Six . Jimmy pick us up from hotel slightly ahead of time so that we could discuss some minor changes to our program . He was very accommodating and agreed to our request and offered alternatives. The mini bus took our little party of four to a Korean eat all you can BBQ restaurant. With Jimmy helping in cooking we consumed no less than 6-7 plates of beautifully prepared pork and plenty of side dishes to choose from . Zero sugar soft drink was also on offer as part of the package . The meal was so good we nearly requested to skip the rest of the trip and stay in the restaurant. Just kidding. After the fantastic meal we witnessed Jimmy’s driving skill and his ability to negotiate the very narrow and steep inclines to the fortress for a night time view of the city . Absolutely gorgeous sights . We skipped the night market as we were there already the day before . Instead we rode up to the mountain with an eight corners pavilion on it . Our next stop was the stream now you can walk on either side of it as the crystal clear water runs down to the river . Very enjoyable tour only if I had prepared a map before hand to note down the names of places we visited . Never mind there will be another chance to revisit and certainly I’ll book the same company again .

Beautiful Evening in Seoul

We had a wonderful evening with Benny! We were able to see and do so much thanks to his guidance. We arrived at the Korean BBQ to find a long wait. Benny quick changed plans and too us to a chicken and beer spot nearby. From there, we explored the night market where he explained some of the stalls and helped us chat with a few vendors to purchase things to take home. Finally, he took us to two incredible lookouts around Seoul. Wow! We would have never known to check out these beautiful spots! I highly recommend skipping Seoul Tower and the tram and following your guides recommendations. You won't be disappointed!

Our guide recommended we try Korean BBQ style . It was very delicious. We walking tour in night market. We go experience history of Hanyang city before changing to Seoul. Visit Seoul city history at night gives our completely different experience

5 hours, drive, walk, and Korean BBQ!

Kim was an amazing host and driver. We had my parents who had trouble waking and he went out of his way to assist with easy pick up and parking. There will be walking and it is easy. We went on a a night of fire works in Seoul and he assisted getting us to and from the busy sites to see the night sky. Kim drove well and finished with Korean BBQ where he served us, gave us tips on eating, and celebrated the Korean Japan match! Great night Kim! Many Thanks! Would highly recommend. Good communication via app, prompt, friendly, flexible. Total time...5 hours. Bring appetite if you do the Korean BBQ

Very chill and easy tour! The guide was an interesting person who gave a great overview of Seoul. The evening started with a pick up from our hotel and then dinner at a local Korean BBQ restaurant and then we drove to a few sites including the marketplace, and city gate. Definitely gave us a perspective of SK at night that we otherwise would not have seen or learned about without the guide.

My tour guide (Chance Kim) was very knowledgeable and friendly. We had a great time getting to know each other during the tour and him explaining me the facts about Seoul and Korea in General. I will definitely be using him again when I come back to Korea in the future!

NIGHTMARE AND PAYING FOR GUIDE TICKETS

my ticket had included the bbq, tours and nseoul tower ticket. I kew that the parking fee and the cable car were not included. To our surprise just had dinner really fas didn't go anywhere but the Tower. there the driver;guide msade the goup to pay HER ticket of the cable car and also we didn't get any admission for the tower, I'm glad we hade taken some online tickes just in case, but besides not havig our tickets that said it was included, the dirver made to buy one for her. After that we got back to the hotel, not visiting anyother thing and the guide din't let to even stay in the tower to put our chain on the wall. since I bought the thickets for the three I'll have not to charge my friends because they asked to pay only what they visit. I'll never get anything from VIATOR, because it was 0 help, and the private guide was really rude sometimes. The korean company that Icalled the answermachine had no English as an oppition so I could talk to someone else

Thank you for your effort to write a Bad, Nonsense and Lying Review Ms. Fabiola Delavy. Our guide said tourist can not speak any single english word but THANK YOU. And this tour booked by 3rd memeber who did not join this tour and only phone call speaking in english with our guide on the tour day. I guess this Nonsense review also was written by her. The guide said they were Portuguese-speaking people, so I wonder how the customer could write this bad review in English? Also I wonder why they booked this tour cuz this tour program only provide English and Korean. By the way, I've got reported from our guide this tour start to the end when your acting and talking was weird at the exact tour date and real time. And I spoke again to the guide who was with you(Customer) on the tour after this reveiw. I heard that she explained to you that Namsan Tower tour doesn't include parking and the cable car fees at the start. She also explained that the Namsan tour is time-consuming due to the Korean local vacation. That if you go to Namsan, you may not be able to look around other places. You already knew that before you started the tour. If you didn't take the Namsan tower tour the parking and admission would have been free at other places. Plus it wouldn’t have been as time consuming. So you would have been able to look around more places. So Namsan Mountain is a time-consuming tour, and most guests have already visited Namsan Tower. We clearly stated that expenses are set to be paid by the guests. Of course, it is traditional for customers to pay for the guide's ticket. It’s normal. I feel bad for you because you missed it. Yet it is clearly stated in our outline. The guide is there to look after you. She followed you to talk about Namsan. This guide is one of our best guides who always gets 5 stars reviews so of course we are disappointed you wrote a bad review. In the more than 100 pictures taken by the guide, you seemed perfectly happy. You were smiling and seemed to be having a good time. When the guide dropped you off and said goodbye at the hotel, you said thank you with a smile. Our guide arrived at the hotel at 5:30 and described the tour for 30 minutes to you. She left the hotel with you at 6 and she dropped you off at the hotel at 11:15. So the total tour time was over 5 hours. And yet, you complain that you haven't been somewhere else. The time to say this would have been at the introduction. We want you to have a great tour. It’s important to us. The guide called me at the hotel when she met you and explained what was happening. I suggested she cancel the tour. But the guide is so nice and decided to start the tour for you. Unfortunately you left a bad review which impact negative image on our guide and this tour program. I know it's your purpose. Nonetheless, our smart potential customers will choose this tour and will be satisfied with our tour..!! Please Be a Good Human..!!

This tour was phenomenal! I highly recommend, especially during summer months because it’s cooler (still humid), but bearable! Marie was our tour guide, she was funny and her knowledge of authentic Korean customs, fashion and cuisine was on point!
