Our guide said tourist can not speak any single english word but THANK YOU.
And this tour booked by 3rd memeber who did not join this tour and only phone call speaking in english with our guide on the tour day.
I guess this Nonsense review also was written by her.
The guide said they were Portuguese-speaking people, so I wonder how the customer could write this bad review in English?
Also I wonder why they booked this tour cuz this tour program only provide English and Korean.
By the way, I've got reported from our guide this tour start to the end when your acting and talking was weird at the exact tour date and real time.
And
I spoke again to the guide who was with you(Customer) on the tour after this reveiw.
I heard that she explained to you that Namsan Tower tour doesn't include parking and the cable car fees at the start.
She also explained that the Namsan tour is time-consuming due to the Korean local vacation. That if you go to Namsan, you may not be able to look around other places.
You already knew that before you started the tour.
If you didn't take the Namsan tower tour the parking and admission would have been free at other places. Plus it wouldn’t have been as time consuming. So you would have been able to look around more places.
So Namsan Mountain is a time-consuming tour, and most guests have already visited Namsan Tower.
We clearly stated that expenses are set to be paid by the guests.
Of course, it is traditional for customers to pay for the guide's ticket. It’s normal. I feel bad for you because you missed it. Yet it is clearly stated in our outline.
The guide is there to look after you.
She followed you to talk about Namsan.
This guide is one of our best guides who always gets 5 stars reviews so of course we are disappointed you wrote a bad review.
In the more than 100 pictures taken by the guide, you seemed perfectly happy. You were smiling and seemed to be having a good time.
When the guide dropped you off and said goodbye at the hotel, you said thank you with a smile.
Our guide arrived at the hotel at 5:30 and described the tour for 30 minutes to you.
She left the hotel with you at 6 and she dropped you off at the hotel at 11:15.
So the total tour time was over 5 hours.
And yet, you complain that you haven't been somewhere else. The time to say this would have been at the introduction.
We want you to have a great tour. It’s important to us.
The guide called me at the hotel when she met you and explained what was happening. I suggested she cancel the tour.
But the guide is so nice and decided to start the tour for you.
Unfortunately you left a bad review which impact negative image on our guide and this tour program.
I know it's your purpose.
