What To Expect

Get out of Sydney and into the fresh air of the Blue Mountains on this hassle-free group tour, where all the logistics are organized for you so you just get to enjoy the day out.

Your tour starts with pickup from one of several spots in Sydney. Then you’ll be on your way to the Blue Mountains. Along the way you’ll make a few stops. First is Featherdale Wildlife Park to check out different types of Australian wildlife.

Next, get your cameras ready for photos of the Three Sisters from Echo Point. After this, stop by Leura village for lunch (at your own expense) to fuel up for a trip to Scenic World.

You’ll have a driver taking you from place to place, and a guide to make sure it all runs smoothly.

Lastly, cruise down the scenic Parramatta River to Circular Quay where your tour ends.

What a wonderfully experience. Our guide, Barry was great. A great driver, give us so much information about the area. Answered all our questions. The Featherdale rescue park was delightful, feeding the animals. The Skyline park was great, beautiful views. Lines were a bit long but moved pretty quickly. A must experience if in Sydney. Oh, boat ride too!

Blue Moutain All-Day Tour - worth the price and time!

This was a well-planned tour! Starting with the convenient pick-up locations and terminating at the ferry for a beautiful ride back to Sydney harbor! Our tour guide/driver was Huxley. He was informative, personable and quite the poet! Had great tidbits along the drive up/back. We enjoyed all of the stops, but the highlight for my wife Angela, was interacting with the native animals at the Featherdale Wildlife park! Thank you!

Jed , our driver fantastic. pick up early in cbd off Sydney first stop Featherdale wildlife park , then on too leura township for lunch recommendations the bakery amazing pies, then on too blue mountains, amazing scenery followed by trip home via parramatta river too circular quay on ferry long day well worth it

Wonderful Blue Mountains Day Trip

Kelvin picked us up on time from the hotel. Our first stop was Featherdale Wildlife Park, the largest collection of Australian animals in the world! We saw many different animals, reptiles and birds. You could get close to koalas and could actually pet kangaroos without additional cost! It did not disappoint. We then stopped in the little town of Leura in the Blue Mountains. There were lots of little shops and we had time for lunch on our own. Scenic World was the highlight of the day! We took the Skyway across to the main building. You could see a waterfall, the Three Sisters rock formation and the beautiful valley below! You could then take the Railway down into the valley and the Cableway back up or vice versa. Between the two you walk on a boardwalk through the beautiful rainforest. The Railway is the steepest passenger railway in the world at 52 degrees of incline! It is a unique experience! To return to Sydney we took a passenger ferry down the Parramatta River. We sailed under the Harbor Bridge and by the Opera House. We disembarked at Circular Quay in downtown Sydney. It was a relaxing way to end the trip. Throughout the day, Kelvin was friendly and informative, directing us where to go and when to be back on the coach. It was a wonderful trip and is appropriate for singles, couples and families! I highly recommend it!

Loved seeing the koalas and wallabees at the little zoo. Had a quick lunch in Leura but wish we had another 15-30 min.so that we did not have to eat so fast or had enough time to walk the 2 blocks of the little town. Visibility was great the day of our tour so managed some excellent photos of the 3 Sisters etc. The ride on the ferry back to Sydney was a nice way to finish our day.

The trip was well thought out and our driver Huck was very good. We were presses on time but it all worked. A great but very long day. I do wish there had been Wi-Fi on the coach since we are from USA and did not have local phone coverage.

Great day trip and definitely worth the price. The driver/guide Max was helpful, funny, and knowledgeable. Although it was a full bus, I didn’t feel ushered and rushed as with big groups, it was all smooth.

Huxley was a wonderful tour guide and driver. We especially enjoyed his poetry readings. However, he was two amenable at the Scenic World stop, due to traffic on way and the large crowd at the park, with only an hour and 45 min at the stop, we were only able to experience one ride, some others made two. We had to jump out of line for the railway ride to meet on time. Sadly, 4 people took him at his word that if they were held up, he would come back. We actually heard two of the late persons planning that. Subsequently, the entire bus was delayed over an half hr because we waited for them at a lookout point and returned to pick them up. We missed a connection to our prepaid hop on/off ferry from Ciircular Quay to Darling Harbour, at 17:23 on Fantaseas and had no time to use the rest room at Parrametta River pier prior to the last cruise to Barangaroo stop, who’s is a 20 minute walk to our Darling Harbor stop. We are both handicapped. We walked and arrived at Darling Harbor at 7 pm. Everyone else on the tour was also inconvenienced. Personally, we felt the selfish four should have been left at Svenic World

It was a holiday so there were long lines at the rides at the Blue Mountains. If view of this the stop at a small artsy town for an hour which was not on the itinerary should not have happened. Most of the stores and restaurants were not open due to the holiday. Without this stop we would have had more time at the Blue Mountains which was the purpose of the trip.
