Driver was polite, friendly and helpful. Big SUV with enough space for family and luggage, but a bit old. Meeting location at airport could have been made clearer at booking. But overall, very good.

Being greeted with “I’ve been waiting for you for an hour.” I was told you keep track of the flight landing, we were delayed due to De-icing the plane. They also stated he would be holding a sign with our name. He was not, so how would we know he was our driver.

Our driver was wonderful. He waited for us even though our plane was delayed several times and was cheerful and pleasant to talk to. He accommodated us all and drove cautiously with my children in the car. Overall, it was a genuinely easy experience where we felt safe and cared for.

Outstanding Transportation...First Class!!

This was one of the best travel transportation choices I’ve ever made. The driver greeted is at baggage claim and drove us to Clearwater Beach in a spacious and very clean vehicle. One in our group left her purse in the vehicle. I called later in the evening and the driver found the purse and was willing to bring it then from Tampa back to Cleawater. I let him know the next day would be fine. He was able to meet us at 11 am at out hotel the next morning. I travel to Cleawater a couple times a year and will always use Viator!!!
