The first 2.5 hours of the trip were spent picking up people from different hotels and driving to Jerusalem and picking up people there as well, since the driver was stressed he took the wrong people in, yelled at people at the bus and then backed the bus on the highway into a gas station and awaited instruction. The tour when we arrived to Jerusalem was quite hasty and it felt like we were rushed between different places without any deeper knowledge of any place, but just brief summaries of each place and here is that, there is that, questions? no? ok, we go on.. Also the lunch place they took us to was a total tourist trap with large tourist groups, not any good food and definitely an experience I would like to forget quickly. We then spent the afternoon in the holocaust museum, which was interesting, but tbh should be cut out from the tour, we were there to tour Jerusalem with a guide and learn the history of the place rather than visiting that place, which is something worth doing, but can easily be done w/o a guide since they are not even permitted to enter. This tour is rather a bad taxi experience with bad food and some notes about each place and then transport to a museum rather than a proper Full Day Tour.
Honestly, skip this tour, buy a guide book and visit places yourself and take a taxi whenever needed. NB: We are experienced travellers, visited 25 countries and spent the remaining 5 days in Israel driving around with our rental car visiting Tel-Aviv-Jaffa, Caesarea, Haifa, Akko, Bethlehem, Jeriko, Ein Gedi. We are usually not picky, but this experience was just plain ridiculously bad.
