Jerusalem here I come!
Hartuan_L, Apr 2022
Excellent experience but wish that it is a two day tour, since one day was not enough to see it all. Overall it is a great experience for me.
Great taste of Jerusalem.

Pickup at 0700 was a bit strange as we were dumped at a park 0730 and told to wait with no instructions. Once all the tour buses arrived 0815ish we were told how it all worked, were directed to the correct bus and continued to Jerusalem. We detoured twice to pick up additional guests and started the tour at 10am from the Jaffa gate. the tour guide was very knowledgeable and we sped through the city. It would have been nice to spend a bit more time at a few places, but it was also very hot and spending time at the Western Wall any more than we did would have been rough. The Holocaust museum was very moving and though we were thoroughly spent from walking Jerusalem was a nice end to the day.
Excellent

Our tour guide Ahmed was very personable, and knew the right places to go! He kept us moving so we didn't miss all the sights there are to see.
Great tour

Our guide was great and there was a lot to see! It was quite fast paced. The guide was very knowledgable and hit all the must sees of old Jerusalem. I would recommend this to anyone who has limited time and wants a great experience.

Daniel D, Jan 2018
The first 2.5 hours of the trip were spent picking up people from different hotels and driving to Jerusalem and picking up people there as well, since the driver was stressed he took the wrong people in, yelled at people at the bus and then backed the bus on the highway into a gas station and awaited instruction. The tour when we arrived to Jerusalem was quite hasty and it felt like we were rushed between different places without any deeper knowledge of any place, but just brief summaries of each place and here is that, there is that, questions? no? ok, we go on.. Also the lunch place they took us to was a total tourist trap with large tourist groups, not any good food and definitely an experience I would like to forget quickly. We then spent the afternoon in the holocaust museum, which was interesting, but tbh should be cut out from the tour, we were there to tour Jerusalem with a guide and learn the history of the place rather than visiting that place, which is something worth doing, but can easily be done w/o a guide since they are not even permitted to enter. This tour is rather a bad taxi experience with bad food and some notes about each place and then transport to a museum rather than a proper Full Day Tour. Honestly, skip this tour, buy a guide book and visit places yourself and take a taxi whenever needed. NB: We are experienced travellers, visited 25 countries and spent the remaining 5 days in Israel driving around with our rental car visiting Tel-Aviv-Jaffa, Caesarea, Haifa, Akko, Bethlehem, Jeriko, Ein Gedi. We are usually not picky, but this experience was just plain ridiculously bad.

If you are limited on time and want...

If you are limited on time and want to see the highlights in Jerusalem and also see the Holocaust museum, then this tour is worthwhile. It's a long day and you should expect quite a bit of walking/steps. There is no shopping involved, so if you prefer to stop and linger at the vendors along the way, you won't have the time. Like most of these tours, it's a bit rushed. For example, even though we had 90 minutes at the Holocaust museum, you could easily spend hours there if you take your time, read things and watch the films. Our tour guide was informative and had a good sense of humor. The bus was air conditioned important in June! and was comfortable.

This is a very good overview tour of Jerusalem especially for a first time visitor. Jerusalem might surprise you with how compact and multi leveled it is. Lots of up and down, very easy to make many important stops in a relatively small area. If you have a good guide like Paul you'll also get great context and background on the city and its rich history.

JULIA C, Feb 2017
Ofir was the most amazing tour guide ever! Very patient, spoke perfect english and spanish, he made sure everyone's questions were answered and that our curiosities were met. We visited a holy place and he took the time to explain everything in extreme detail but did it in a way to where everyone could appreciate the significance of where we were. He gave us time to explore and to do what we came there to do. It was a great experience and I recommend everyone to take this guide! I even booked more just because of this experience. Julia

Vlad C, Feb 2017
Rafael is great. Rafael our guide, not the one from Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles- who is also great He knows everything. He is a very good guide. Don't expect to see the whole Jerusalem. If you do that, I'll let you know it's impossible. But he will show what he promised to and for us it was enough. Also we met a lot of great guys on tour. Thank you Rafael. 10/10 Vlad from Romania :D

Great tour guide. I went on another touristisrael tour and their tour guide and process was terrible. Viator does a nice job and was extremely professional.

Jonathan G, Jan 2017
This was a great way to see Jerusalem as well as get transportation both ways from Tel Aviv. Mt. Olive was a spectacular first stop to view the city, and inside the city was amazing. Note however be that if you're a religious person I would think you'd enjoy this tour more than a non-religious person. It was heavy on the 'footsteps of Jesus' and 'stations' thing. I can and did enjoy the historical value of these things, but zoned out a bit when the religious droning got a bit heavy. The city stop at Ein Karem seemed pointless.

I'm so glad to write in few words about my experience in Jerusalem. This was one of the most beautiful thing I ever experience. Of course Without the most documented guide would be half of the achievement But with his deep knowledge of the land and history of the people of Israel, My journey was like a return in time when Jesus was walking through the Streets of Jerusalem. I don't have enough words to express my gratitude for a Once in a life time experinece that I had during my trip. I highly recommend to Anyone interested to visit the most important place on the planet. The place from where the news is coming and will come until Christ will return, According to Bible teaching. Corneliu T. Australia.
Being in Israel for the very first...
Ida Margrethe E, Mar 2016
Being in Israel for the very first time we booked this guided full day tour in advance, having some slight concerns regarding safety due to the latest incidents particular in the Old City. Our concerns turned out to be totally unnecessary!! The tour was very well organized from Tel Aviv, the tour-bus was comfortable, the drive to Jerusalem was easy. Our guide was the best!! He showed us all the important sights, both Jewish, Christian and Moslem. Non-moslems are not allowed inside the Al Aqsa Mosque, but we were allowed inside King Davids tomb Jewish and were able to go near and actually touch the Western Wall most holy Jewish and visited the Church of the Holy Sepulcher among other Christian sights. We happened to be there on Easter Sunday, which of course made that visit extra special for us as Christians. Our guide showed exceptional knowledge of all the sights and their importance for all three religions. He also demonstrated a great respect for all religions which we found very positive. He demonstrated a solide sense of humor that came very well in hand at times f.ex. when trying to find a parking lot in the Old City during the tourist season!!. The visit to Yad Vashem Holocaust Museum was very moving and educational, especially for my 2 teenage daughters. Security was front and centre of our visit. We were given specific instructions by our guide and of course didn't deviate from them. As a result we never felt unsafe. If you plan on visiting Jerusalem this is a tour that I can highly recommend!!!
