BAD EXPERIENCE

Very bad review. They never showed up in the airport, poor communication with the operator, we end up getting a bus from the airport or the hotel after an hour of back and fort communicating with viator and not with operator. Told them to cancel the trip and the pick up and refund the money. Until now, I still did not get any feedback if they will refund my money. This operator should never be part of Viator. First time to have a bad experience with viator……..
