Among the best ever!

Adeel was an excellent tour guide and driver. He was very knowledgeable and exceeded all of our expectations. He asked questions to ensure that we got everything out of the day that we wanted. He gave us a great background on Japanese culture and Tokyo. We have taken many tours in different countries and he is among the best! Right after we booked, they asked us to complete a questionnaire and stay in communication with us up until the beginning of the tour. It was very personalized. I would definitely use this company again.

Had a great day seeing the highlights of Tokyo. Pay the extra to get your guide to talk about the sights certainly worth it. Suggest providing a more detailed list of attractions so you can select prior. Certainly happy to recommend and being a small group ideal.

Our Day In Tokyo

We only booked this the day before and response was quick from Hussain and was happy to accommodate our requests. Our driver Hassan arrived early and was waiting. We enjoyed all the spots we were taken and Hussain would get out and walk us to the entrance of each one. Nissan was very quiet and didn’t say too much, that’s fine as he was just our driver and not our guide but a little more interaction with the people would be nice. All in all we had a lovely day and really couldn’t fault this company from start to finish.

Tokyo tour with Dani

Our trip was fantastic as Dani the tour guide arrived on time and made sure we attend all the tourist attractions. Dani guided us where to go and how long to stay at a particular spot. He listened to what places we preferred as we had three kids and adjusted the trip accordingly. We would like to thank Dani for all his help during our trip and highly recommend Dani for people wanting to explore Tokyo.

Adeel was wonderful! He was very patient. We traveled with my elder mom and he made sure she was comfortable. My brother forgot his phone and he quickly turned around to help us get it back. He also served as a guide even though we didnt book as tour guide. He also great for taking pictures. Great choice!

We thoroughly enjoyed our day with Danish as our driver and guide. 7 friends traveling together. Dani was very helpful and explained every place well. He took us to a great place for a lunch of Kobo beef. We had a full day and the tour was adapted to include the places that we wanted to see. I recommend this tour and Danish.

A Big Let-Down

We contracted an English Speaking driver and paid an extra US$100 for an English speaking tour guide. The driver was late for more than 20 minutes and the tour guide was not with him. When questioned, the tour operator said the dirver was also the guide which was incorrect. The money for the tour guide was not charge after some discussion but not having a guide changed the whole dynamics of our tour. The driver did speak english and was very courteous but we could hardly hear him and when he arrived at each location he would park and would only point where we needed to go.

This trip is essential. We booked this tour just one day in advance, and most options were already full. Finding a large van for our group of 13 was quite a challenge. Fortunately, I stumbled upon this tour and booked immediately. They promptly replied, explaining that the 14-seater vans were all taken, but kindly offered two vans – one with 9 seats and another with 5 – at no additional cost. The tour was fantastic, and Danish, our driver, was not only excellent at navigating but also fluent in English, which helped immensely. Although not officially our guide, he shared the history of each place we visited and offered guidance on how to reach them. He was flexible with our schedule, allowing us to modify the itinerary and even extend the tour by one hour to include another location. Danish really looked after us, making for an unforgettable experience.

Tsukiji fishmarket, lots to see, smell and taste. Meiji shrine, very impressive and feeling Shinto. Shibuya crossing, the endless sea of people accompanied by advertising on the surrounding buildings.

Ali arrived promptly, was super polite and very flexible. Even came to help take pictures and was like your personal chauffeur for the day. Would recommend if you’re short on time and want someone to shuttle you between sites you want to see!
