We would like to address some concerns regarding your feedback, as it contains misleading information intended to disparage our business.
Firstly, we want to clarify that we provide multiple reminders prior to the tour, including at the time of booking confirmation, the day before the tour, and one hour before the tour start time. Regrettably, it seems that you did not acknowledge these reminders.
The tour was indeed conducted as scheduled, and all other 13 guests, excluding yourself, arrived promptly and enjoyed the experience.
Your delay of over 50 minutes(not 10 minutes as you wrote) without prior notice meant that we had to proceed with the tour departure to respect the time of our other guests.
Despite your delayed arrival, we attempted to assist by providing location information once you reached out to us. However, you didn't show up.
Furthermore, it's important to note that our cancellation policy states that refunds are not provided for cancellations within 24 hours or for no-shows, which was explained to you when you contacted us regarding a refund request.
It appears that your review may be a retaliatory action in response to this policy.
