    Coming2 will inform you of the pick-up time based on the arrival/departure of your flight This product is only valid for Hotels in Tulum area On your arrival at the airport, you must proceed to immigration and then go to the baggage claim area. Make sure you get to the outside of the airport through the TOUR OPERATORS and AGENCIES exit. IMPORTANT: Please bear in mind that due to the specific state of the terrestrial infrastructures, your transfer service could last longer than estimated. Our staff will always be in uniform and have identification (white shirt, green waistcoat/vest with the Coming2 logo, and navy trousers) our assigned drivers They will have their names in an official list, both are solely responsible for providing the contracted service. Please refrain from contacting outside personnel to avoid interference and confusion with unauthorized transfers. Coming2 will not be responsible for services provided by third-party providers. YOUR DEPARTURE TRANSFER NEEDS TO BE RECONFIRMED. Please contact the Coming2 representative at your hotel or our offices as soon as possible to inform them of the procedure to follow.

    Inconvenient and inconsiderate

    Transfer was ready and available for pickup . However for return transfer having to be picked up 7 hours before departure was insanely absorb. We arrived at airport at 3:00am and had to wait over two hours for assistance . We understand that you want to allow travel time but 7 hours before is insane and truly inconsiderate of clients .

    Unfair and condescending

    The company attempted to pick me up 7 hours prior to my flight after I communicated in advance that my flight was cancelled and rescheduled and refuses to give me a partial refund. I waited at the airport for two hours until a van arrived as they tried to add passengers. Poor communication!

    I waited for an hour before we left the airport then had a pic up at terminal 3. When you get dropped off if you are the farthest they get every other drop done in a return around ( don’t remember the Spanish term). So way too many extra miles. Pay for the non shared ride.

    Poor Child Safety

    We waited at the airport for over an hour for our driver. Then we had to go to another terminal to pick up another couple. But the worst part was when the gentleman who waited for us to get on the shuttle bus told us that you had no record of us letting you know that we were bringing a kids car seat. We were told that it takes up space and it wouldn’t be enough room for other people. Shame on you! I let you know ahead of time. Your shuttle bus does not come equipped for a child’s safety car seat, so instead my child’s car seat was placed in the back as luggage. My son is 5 and had to be placed in the back with a seat belt on but your driver was driving like crazy. I don’t want to have an issue on our way back. Please look into this. A child’s safety comes first.

    Terrifying and dangerous.

    DO NOT BOOK A TRANSFER WITH COMING2. The most terrifying journey of my life. A 2 hour trip at constant 140 KPH even in 60 KPH speed limits. Texting and driving. Checking phone. Not loooing at the road. Full beam flashing oncoming cars. Swerving in and out of traffic. Jumping lights. Sudden braking to avoid near miss crashes. Suddenly seeing roadworks and swerving to avoid. This guy was a menace who should not be allowed on the road. One passenger asked him in Spanish to slow down and he laughed and just covered the speedometer with his hand. My wife genuinely thought we might crash at any point. I don’t know what the guys issue was but he should not be driving guests. Not to mention stopping for petrol halfway through the two hour trip- losing 20 minutes waiting at the pump because he didn’t fill up before the job. Somehow a 2 hour door to door from meeting point to drop off took nearly 4 hours - despite his constant hurtling at any point he was actually behind the wheel. The guy is going to end up milking someone. Don’t be in his van when he makes that fatal lapse of concentration at twice the speed limit. Avoid.

    Never got our ride and the refuse to refund

    I booked a shuttle pick up for my bachelorette party for 12 people we were on time and they claimed we were late and that they were waiting for 2 hours. Which we were not. They were unprepared and had only one shuttle for half of us. We spoke to them on the phone and they apologized and said sorry they messed up. They mentioned I should be able to receive a refund and after emailing them they are refusing to refund me for a ride a didn’t receive. In the past they did a great job picking up a small group but I’m not sure why they were un prepared for 12 people this time. It’s frustrating because I had to pay double the price I had to originally pay for a ride and looks like they refuse to return $400 dollars to me when it was clearly their fault they we un prepared.

    Both driver services were excellent, bi-lingual, and patient with each passenger. I was a little confused upon arrival because the signage that the guy holds is very small, and no announcement is made. However it all worked out and I felt justif in providing great tips!

    Shared disaster

    Thjje shared ride is way too long with the multiple drop off. We waited almost 40 mins to be picked up at the airport. The agent at the airport was very rude and dismissive. The bus was full with people occupying both seats with their luggage. I was a party of four. It took over hours to get to our resort. It just made a very long travel day longer. Do yourself a favor and book the private car transportation.

    Scary muliti car accident

    We were in a car accident and I would like a refund we have videos and pictures for proof our driver had to go to the hospital we were picked up 6hrs before our flight and that was a major inconvenience 4:30am is ridiculous and is probably the reason for the accident

    It was a terrible experience. No communication, no professionalism. Took forever to get to our destination(4 hours). Unacceptable. No signs for my name. I had to walk everywhere to find the agent for Coming2 tours. Was not happy with this company. Told them we were not going to use them coming back. They showed up to our hotel that morning. Once again, no communication.

    Disappointing and disorganised

    Had to wait 35 mins at the airport as they decided they didn’t want to shuttle me alone and they wanted to try and get more tourists for the shuttle. I was then transferred to another bus and taken to the wrong hotel, 20 mins from mine. Driver was then clearly annoyed that he had to continue driving me and it all felt quite stressful: what should have been a 1,5 hour transfer took almost 2.5 hours in the end

    Shuttle never came! Was stuck in tulum. Do not rely on them. Had to rely on our hotel to find a shuttle for us last minute
