Jose Lopez was fantastic. The tour was amazing. The instructions and explanation of the ruins were exquisite. Jose took care to ensure everyone was safe. One of the travelers never swam before. He accommodated the entire group allowing the non-swimmer to go at her own pace while the more experienced swimmers went at a different pace.
Very knowledgeable about Mexico.
Perfectly done!

Not worth the cost...close to $200 per person. Our guide seemed more interested in talking on his phone about his construction job, smoking and talking to people he knew. Talked more about his outside jobs and being deported than telling us interesting things about Tulum. Jose is not from Tulum and did not check equipment. When we returned to dive shop he parked on a side street and left us without saying a word and went to talk, smoke? with a couple of men. Although Hanna in the office was friendly and nice, I am not booking another tour with them, there are much better tour companies with professional guides for less money.
Must do in Tulum

Amazing private tour with Julio. He gave us some history about the Mayan ruins by Tulum beach before snorkeling to the reef where we saw a sting ray, angel fish, starfish and bunch of other fish. Visibility wasn’t too great post a storm but we still got to see a lot of stuff. Then we went to an open cenote and saw a crocodile basking by the water. It was so cool seeing how the water temperature changes as well as various fish in the water. Dos Ojos was a treat! I don’t want to spoil it. It was just breathtaking. Julio was awesome. He made sure we were safe and checked in on us. And he’s really knowledgeable and his English is excellent. And then we had an awesome lunch nearby. Overall awesome experience.
Three Cenotes

This was a unique and special experience. It included three cenotes due to rough waters in the sea. Snorkeling through the caves was the highlight, assuming you are ok with bats, dark places and tight quarters. If so you will experience an adventure unique from other cave exploration or snorkeling adventures. Our guide, Jose, was the best. Great personality and knowledgeable about the land and Mayan history. The day included lunch at a very local place with food you’d expect from your Mexican grandmother. Very simple, fresh and tasty.

This tour was the best we ever did and José was a great guide. We saw a turtle in the reefs, a tarantula in the jungle and even a few grey foxes. The cenotes were very different, the first one being entirely outside in middle of the mangrove while the second Sac Actun was only caves and tunnels. It was an extraordinary experience to swim, just the three of us, in those dark underground waters, surrounded by stalactites and stalagmites. It's a must do!

Snorkeling with turtles outside of the Tulum ruins was great and the Manati cenote was amazing! Erica was very knowledgeable about the region and did an excellent job as our guide. Highly recommend and a good value.

My wife and I had an incredible time taking a tour with this company. Our tour guide was out of this world awesome! It was a super personal tour. We spent the entire day just my wife, me, and our tour guide. The food that was included was incredibly delicious and the scenes were beautiful. The best part of the entire trip was Jose. He was very informative and a true gentleman. I highly recommend this tour to any one wanting to have an amazing time. Even more so, I recommend taking this tour with Jose. The trip was breathe taking but he made it an experience we will never forget. Thank you Jose!

Great tour in 3 beautiful settings! We had so much fun and learned so much about the history and environment of the cenotes. Our guide, Jose, was knowledgeable and provided a great experience on the tour. It was great to be in such a small group 6 people and the guide and have all supplies and lunch provided. Highly recommend!

This is one of the best tours I've ever been on! Not just because of the experience and the beauty, but our tour guide was amazing! It makes a huge difference to go with a small group. You learn more and really get a full experience and history of the Ecosystem. A MASSIVE thanks to Linda for putting up with 3 girls all day! Would I go again???--In a heartbeat!
