Dear Christine, I’m very sorry you didn’t get to enjoy our tour and we understand your frustration. Although we are never happy to cancel a tour, there can be weather circumstances that we can’t control nor ignore. Your safety comes first to us, so if it’s too windy or the weather is not good, we won’t carry out the tour. It’s also fair to say that we offered you to reschedule the tour the day after and you declined, and the refund of your payment was provided promptly.
