        Doge's Palace was beautiful. Straight in no queuing with this pass. You have to go through a security check and place big bags in to the cloakroom while you walk round.

        The palace was beautiful. Everything was incredibly detailed, with the gold trim and the paintings on the walls and the ceilings. Each room was more extravagant than the last. We highly recommend the Doge Palace.
        Poor contractor experience

        While we did get the tickets to see the Doge’s Palace, the contractor did not send it until the day of the tour and only after I emailed them that we had not received the tickets. We also did not receive the voucher for the eguide as was noted with this tour. I have not had any problems with any other Viator tour, this was a poor experience with the contractor.

        Bad booking experience

        I book quite a few tours thru Viator and have never had any problems until this one. I had a voucher for the ticket but no location to redeem the voucher. No one answered the telephone contact number or responded to my message. We ended up purchasing tickets to see the Doge's Palace at Museo Correr.

        The only problem with this tour is it either needs to be much longer or the guy needs to down a couple of espresso’s before he starts. For two educated to be dragging Americans did the Baptistery and the Duomo…
        Takes forever to get tickets. Do not recommend yotours

        The whole package is to big to complete in one day. Essentially you pay a ton of money for something you are not able to complete. The dog's palace itself takes the whole day if you want. We purchased at 4:30pm and it closed at 6pm. Also, we could not download the tickets on the phone and had to telephone tour group in India to email tickets which caused us to loose half hour. Do your homework before purchasing. Do not use YoTours.

        We asked for our time to be changed on August 1 2022. We did receive a comment stating it had been changed but our original ticket time was never updated after we had requested it. We had to buy 2 tickets at the ticket desk to enter yesterday. We would like a refund. Thank you. Corey Reece 404 597 0306

        Scrivo due aree di miglioramento, il giorno prima della visita mi è sotto comunicato un orario diversino da quello prenotato, dopo aver ribadito l’orario di prenotazione mi è stato inviato il ticket corretto. Alla prenotazione pensavo di aver acquistato Snchdd ed l’audio guida invece la guida é in pdf inviatomi su richiesta ad inizio tour(ho acquistato l’audio guida sul posto). Tutte le info e il ticket dovrebbero essere ricevute con maggiore anticipo.
