The Blue Mountains National Park is a dissected sandstone plateau with spectacular gorges, sandstone cliffs, waterfalls and forests. As time is precious we head straight to the mountains after picking you up at your hotel. We start the day by taking in a number of wonderful lookouts and vistas (5 in all). The day is completely flexible and from this point we have a few choices. We can do a bushwalk of 1, 2 or 3 hours duration and will send further information if you are interested. Alternatively we can include a visit to Scenic World with a smaller bushwalk. If you prefer not to bushwalk at all we can visit Wentworth Falls and quaint Leura Village or go further afield and visit Mt Tomah Botanical Gardens. For lunch we can either bring fresh Italian bread with a choice of fillings and salads or visit a local café. Please note if you would like to see native animals we offer the choice of visiting Symbio Wildlife Park in our Sydney Nimble Royal National Park Tour.

This tour is designed to include the highlights of the Blue Mountains in a single-day trip.  Take a short walk to see the beautiful Wentworth Falls.  View the famous Three Sisters rock formation and see the expanse of the Jamison Valley from Echo Point. Move onto Lady Darley's Lookout for a different perspective on this incredible valley.  After lunch, we will explore Scenic World (included). We'll descend to the valley floor either by cable car or railway (the world's steepest). We'll take a walk under the rainforest canopy. Later, we'll travel on the Sky Way, 270 meters above the valley, to take in the amazing views.  A choice of cafes and restaurant options will be suggested to you for lunch (not included).  At approximately 4 p.m., we'll begin our drive back to Sydney, with a drop-off at approximately 5:30 p.m.

Enjoyed the Scenic World part of Blue Mountains. Cable car was impressive with amazing views. The Red Railway ride at 52 degrees was amazing experience. Full day excursion with return to city by fast ferry from Paramatta

Blue Mountains - Nov. Trip
This trip is perfect for getting a taste of the Blue Mountains and seeing some animals at the zoo. The bus was clean, tour guide was friendly, and the views were spectacular. Only downside is the short durations at each stop (to be expected with a packed schedule).

A superb way to see the Blue Mountains & Sydney Zoo!
With not much time in Sydney, we were delighted to be taken out to the Blue Mountains and to see so many different sites, as well as experiencing the rides and walking in Scenic World. The lunch at Leura in The Bunker was a treat, especially getting to know our guide Ren, and the final stop, at the Sydney Zoo, was delightful, with the added treat of returning to the city very quickly on a ferry to Barangaroo Docks. All in all, a fabulous day away from the Sydney hustle and bustle.

Great day in blue mountains
Stops and timing were perfect. Guide did a great job. Bus was clean as were windows. The weather was good and not too hot.
