During this in-depth tour of an organic, family-run winery, you’ll learn the ins and outs of Chianti Classico. Tour the scenic vineyard and sample four different red wine varieties inside the atmospheric on-site cellar. Pair your tasting with fresh cheeses and salami, all made from fresh regional products.

During a guided tour through the vineyards with a picturesque view of Montalcino, you will learn about biodynamic viticulture. Afterward, a nicely arranged table awaits you, where you will get served 6 wines in 3 flights with matching, specially developed Gourmet Bites.

We will cross a typical Chianti landscape between vineyards and olive groves until we reach the Agliena stream. During the journey along the stream we will be able to admire the 27 'Briglie', that is the medieval hydraulic engineering structures built for the regulation and collection of the waters of the stream, which supplied the ancient city of Semifonte with water, destroyed by the Florentines in 1202 The bridle was used until the 18th century, but then abandoned. Only the restoration of the last few years has allowed its restoration and conservation.
