The search will take time and patience, but when you will see Tep start wagging his tail and sniffing insistently near a bush or the root of a tree, sticking his nose in the ground deeper and deeper and digging, it will only mean one thing: the treasure has been discovered! And Tep will finally receive a greedy reward for the excellent work done. During the course there will be both theory and practice and the preparations taught will be easily replicable at home. At the end of the course a diploma will be awarded and the recipes will be sent to the participants.

You will be in the middle of the Chianti classico area, enjoying our beautiful farm, having a typical Tuscan dinner including olive oil tasting over our olive Grove under the sky serves by all our family.
