Meet the instructor who will tell you about the marine life of this sea, and then dive into a real aquarium to discover the Gulf of Paradise, where you will find meadows of Posidonia and colorful fish.

Live your first diving experience with an expert instructor on the quiet beach of Bagni Liggia. Reach the pebble beach for a briefing on the techniques and equipment to be used during the activity such as masks, fins, and oxygen cylinders. Get into the sea, always with an instructor who follows you step by step and dive to a depth of a few meters, for a session of about 30 minutes. You can use a shared changing room and showers at the Bagni Liggia facility. Your free stay at the facility is limited to the duration of your experience and the time you need to shower/change. If you would like to stay longer on the beach and use Bagni Liggia's facilities, you can pay the entrance fee.
