The 2024 Arezzo Italian Language Program highlights include participation in the June Evening Joust – la Giostra del Saracino and the neighborhood Cena Propiziatoria in the Santo Spirito Quartiere. There will be two cooking classes, wine tastings, and excursions to Florence and Cortona! There will also be walking tours to meet and converse with local artisans and visit the city’s most beautiful churches and piazzas. We will see the Renaissance artist Vasari’s home and a shopping expedition! There will be unlimited Italian conversation practice and opportunities to meet and interact with like-minded Italian language students.

Let's learn how to prepare egg pasta: Tagliatelle and Ravioli with ricotta and spinach ... Other times we make "Pesto" with fresh basil, pine nuts and Parmesan. We also prepare Ascoli Piceno specialties such as "di magro" sauce and "all'Ascolana" olives. First we cook and then we eat what we have prepared together with the teacher and his family ... finishing the dinner with a fabulous "Tiramisu" prepared by us.
