We invite you to visit our beautiful winery and savor some of the best wines from estate’s portfolio, paired with local products from Macedonia’s fields. During the wine tasting, the guide will explain the traditional philosophy and criteria behind the making of our vintages. A well explained visit at the monastery of St. Cosmas and Damian is also included in the trip, along with a walk around the winery and cellar. Organized transfer from your accommodation to the winery and back is included in the tour price.

You'll learn new cooking techniques that can easily be repeated at home. I was fortunate enough to grow up among the best cooks, my grandmother and my mother. Let the food be our language. I will introduce you how the ingredients can be made at home. In the past times people didn't have many ingredients and used their skills to make the best possible meal. The most important thing in Macedonian cuisine is that the dishes are made from only a few ingredients and you must use your imagination to make the testiest dish from the available products. Vegetarians are welcomed. Please let me know in advance if you have any dietary restrictions.

When arriving the host will welcome you with a local drink. Afterwards the first wine will be poured in the glasses. The sommelier will demonstrate the way of drinking and provide explanation about the origin, taste, brand and quality of the wine. This applies for all three rounds. While doing so, the first platters are placed on the table. While nibbing on these local bites, enjoy the relaxed vibes of the bar, its social people and historical location.

We will start the walking tour from the main squire and go first on the presentation of filigree. Next, we are going on presentation of handmade paper and our next point will be St.Sofia church, one of the biggest and oldest churches in Ohrid. Next point will be presentation of famous Ohrid pearls, and continuing to Ancient Theatre where you will be fascinated of the view of the lake Ohrid . After walking tour the travelers will be picked up by car and transported to the nearby farmhouse (10min.driving) to participate in cooking of traditional meal named "komat" by hands on kneading and then of course tasting the komat while drinking macedonian wine and coffee. Then will be dropped off to the meeting point.
