At the end we will taste 4 of our wines and we will tell you their story and how they were born: - "Terra Viva", still red wine of Nero di Troia, IGP Puglia 13% vol .; - "Pietra Viva", still white wine from Verdeca, IGP Valle d'Itria 12% vol .; - "1 ° Luglio", still rosé wine from Nero di Troia grapes, IGP Puglia 12.5% vol .; - "Pietro 60", still dry white wine from Moscato di Trani grapes, IGP Puglia 12.5% vol. The evening begins with a refined aperitif, a mixed dish that celebrates Italian flavors with fresh vegetables and a selection of local cured meats and cheeses. We will continue with the culinary course, a practical and engaging experience that leads participants to the preparation of traditional "orecchiette" and delicious "maccheroncini". Each participant will have the opportunity to put the skills learned into practice, contributing to the creation of the dishes. After the cooking session, we will enjoy a shared dinner, tasting what has been prepared. Dinner will be accompanied by a selection of carefully chosen wines: a robust Primitivo reserve red, a fresh rosé and an aromatic white. During the evening, there will be fun interludes dedicated to the bride, with jokes and moments of leisure that will make the atmosphere even more festive. The bride will be our guest completely free of charge, because every moment must be special for her.
