This is an ever-changing and high concept cocktail workshop (aka. laboratory) for those with 0 to 100 levels of experience. Unconventional, not a class; learn through experimentation! You get to take risks in this lab that you wouldn't normally take at home with hundreds of ingredients at your fingertips. Tools include smoking gun, test tubes, shaker sets, etc. It is my goal as your host to work with each of you and fine-tune each event to fit your individual mixology goals. By design, any awkwardness and negative judgement is kicked out the door in order for the madness to ensue!

This tour includes 6 stops, including 4 of Downtown Seattle’s best restaurants and 2 specialty shops. Most of the tour will be spent sitting inside, enjoying classic comfort food favorites with a Pacific Northwest twist. Throughout the tour you will learn about the local culture and culinary scene, including the origins of the Starbucks coffee empire and Seattle’s help in bringing fusion cuisine into the mainstream. You’ll also discover why Seattle is home to the “BEST version of your favorite food!” The itinerary changes from one tour to the next, but a typical tasting menu includes gourmet pizza, barbecue, and fried chicken. Food tastings are included in the ticket price, and alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages are available for purchase from the restaurants. We hope you’re hungry!

Looking to experience Seattle like a local? Well put down your umbrella, lace up your walking shoes and join us on this 3-hour beer and food tour of the historic Ballard neighborhood. Just 5 miles North of Downtown! On this tour you can expect tastes from 2 of the best breweries on the West Coast, 2 restaurants specializing in gourmet comfort food, and one Scandinavian Beer Hall (pickled herring, anyone??) This tour also pays visit to a few of the most unique attractions in the city: Gaze at bridges high in the sky as they move to allow passage of ships underneath. Wave at passengers in the Ballard Locks as their boats rise from the salty sea into fresh water lakes. Bid the salmon a safe journey as they swim upriver on their way home one last time.
