We will start the day visiting a local cheese producer, winner of various prizes for their great cheeses, where you will learn all the secrets of cheese making while taking a nice picture in front of thousand round cheeses while curing. You will taste several cheeses accompanied by delicious Prosecco wine. Then taste some high quality salami and cheese products in a unique location overlooking the beautiful UNESCO Prosecco Hills, while tasting 4 different varieties of sparkling Prosecco wine and admiring endless hills! A well deserved wine tasting experience in a traditional local winery, while learning and appreciating how this precious nectar is made.

A tour among the enchanting UNESCO Prosecco hills that will make us discover the flavors, nature and history of this unique land. From Venice and Treviso we will head towards the gentle hills of Valdobbiadene, home of Prosecco, and walk with a nature guide among the meandering vineyards, sipping the ancestor of the famous wine of these lands. De Riz winery was born from an idea of grandfather Carlo, whom with passion inherited the love for nature and viticulture to his grandson Luca, since he was a teenager. Excited for the work and area, the family restored all the structure in 2009 with all new technologies needed to produce wines of great quality. The winery situated in San Pietro di Feletto has around 16 hectares, mainly in the DOCG Conegliano Valdobbiadene area. The production is around 90% Prosecco Superiore Conegliano Valdobbiadene but we offer also an other range of wines. Our slogan is "amore per la natura, passione per il prosecco" (love for nature, such as for Prosecco): Luca would like to preserve the ecosystem and pay attention how to manage the vineyards and in all wine making process in respect of the land and people.

We will meet at the Mani Sagge estate in San Pietro di Feletto and I will tell you the history of the company, a family passion for over 100 years. We will see together the pink house of 1600 and the ancient stables of the estate. We will take a walk in the most beautiful paths of the estate, discovering the ancient vineyards and the centenary vineyard. We will admire the UNESCO landscape from the top of the hill, where once there was a castle, with a 360 degree view. From here you will see the vineyards, the Conegliano Castle and the churches of Formeniga, San Pietro and Ogliano. The different types of Prosecco Superiore DOCG and the Pinot Grigio of the company will be offered accompanied by croutons with the suppressed bruschetta, pizzas and cheeses typical of the area. Upon request, we will do our best to adapt the menu according to food intolerances, allergies or specific needs (vegan and / or vegetarian diet). For children and teenagers we will find excellent organic fruit juices.
