The basics

Wildlife enthusiasts will be in their element at Kangaroo Island Wildlife Park, with over 10 acres (4 hectares) of animal-filled bushlands to explore. See dingoes, wombats, kookaburras, quokkas, and a wide variety of kangaroo and wallaby species, including western grey kangaroos, albino kangaroos, and rock wallabies. Learn more by attending one of the daily keeper talks and watching the animals being fed, then discover the work of the Kangaroo Island Koala and Wildlife Rescue Centre.

Many tours of Kangaroo Island include a visit to the Kangaroo Island Wildlife Park, often in combination with attractions such as the Flinders Chase National Park, Remarkable Rocks, Seal Bay, and the Little Sahara sand dunes.
