A fantastic day at Bruny Island

We have a superb professional and knowledgeable driver / guide Andrew. A day packed with fabulous sceneries and shopping / eating spots. We also encountered a group of caring travellers. A must for oysters lover. Our lunch stop at Bruny Hotel was great with tasty food.

Andrew, our guide, knew the island intimately and ensured we were able to experience its natural wonders. Beaches, coves, forest, wildlife were all a real experience.

We had a really great day. Our driver (Chris) told us a lot about the history of the island and showed us some amazing sights. He took us to some artisan shops where we purchased local produce and gifts etc. Lunch at the Bruny Island Hotel was very well organised although you don't have to eat there. You can bring your own food. In all it was a fabulous trip, thoroughly enjoyable and highly recommended.

This was such a great way to see so many places on Bruny Island in a day! Our tour guide, Andrew, kept us entertained and gave a great history of the island. He was able to answer any questions we had and really made the tour memorable. You won’t regret this one!

Nice experience of the island but jam packed

Heavily loaded tour offering phenomenal natural sights and amazing local produce on offer. Felt a little bit rushed at times and would be nice with a couple less stops perhaps. Tour guide Anni was exceptional and managed to get everyone gathered around on time, so that we could experience everything within the tour. Great knowledge of the island. Recommended for able-bodied people.

The whole trip was memorable with guide going great guns with the detailed description of the place and their historic importance..particularly the place where Cook filled up fresh water for his ship in 1777 !

A full 10 hours exploring all the significant attractions across most of Bruny Island, guided by a charming and very knowledgeable tour guide. We've be doing organised tours across the globe for 50 years and this tour is among the best. Given the depth and breadth of the tour contents and kilometres covered, it is exceptional value for money.

This was a must NOT miss trip if you are travelling to Tassie ! Always booked various trips through Viator and it never failed ! The tour guide was very informative and very witty! Throughly enjoyed the trip !

The tour guide was great and very knowledgeable about the plants and animals in the area. I enjoyed the stops we got to. I had to knock off a star due to one group of 3 being very late and thus causing the tour to miss the last stop of the tour to the Bruny Island Cheese Company. Our guide tried called the late group when they were not at the pickup spot, waited several minutes and phoned the main office of the tour company. Our guide was advised to leave, however shortly after leaving the guide received a call saying that the late group was ready to be picked up and to turn around for them. When we got there only 1 of the 3 group members were actually ready at the pickup spot. Due to this group being so late (25-30min) we ended up missing the intended ferry AND were not able to get on the next ferry due to too many cars in front of us. Had we arrived probably even 2 minutes earlier we would have at least made the 2nd ferry and would've been able to make the last stop of the itinerary. I don't think this is the tour guides fault as he was advised to go back for this group and he did his best to try and make up time. Unfortunately this late group also dampen the mood for me of the tour overall. Perhaps in the future there should be a more strict time enforced for late arrivals to their pickup spot so that all the others who do arrive on time don't miss out on parts of the itinerary they have paid for.
