The tour bus was cramped, only 2 of the stated 4 wineries visited. 2 others took their place including a chocolate/dog place, hardly a reputable winery. We sat at a table looking at junk in the nearby carport/house. No lunch included , unlike the Bruny Is tour for a similar price. Tour guide was nice but not one of my favourite winery tours, especially for the price.

Most wineries were so accommodating and explained each type of wine to be tasted. Loved the chocolate wine pairings. Had a fun day!

Great Tas wine tour!

The wineries were great. We tried a couple dozen wines at four wineries. Derwent Estate Wines poured 12 wonderful wines. Pinots were great all over.

Gino was our guide and there were just the 4 of us on the tour so basically we had our own personal guide. Gino was very informative and friendly, it was like being driven around the wineries by an old friend. Great wines, chocolates and experience.

Enjoyed a fabulous time on this wine tour. I tasted several wines that I will definitely add to my wine cellar on a regular basis. We weren't rushed, had an ideal group size, and got a chance to experience Tasmanian wine. Highly recommended.

Great wine and great guide

Our guide, Ben was absolutely fantastic. He knew all about the local produce, not just wine, beer, gin, liqueur and cider. He was able to answer every question I had in a professional and informative way and made the experience interactive. The wine tasting was fabulous and I think doing 4 wineries instead of 5 was a great idea. We had a little unexpected issue with our last wine tasting which meant we were unable to do it but Ben took us to an improv wine tasting to make sure we had all 4. A fantastic day with an awesome guide.

Great wine tour--well worth the day trip

Great wine tour. Small group of fun people. A good variety of wineries and wines. Our guide/driver, Gino, was friendly and knew a lot about wines and about the beautiful countryside we drove through. We've been on many wine tours around the world. This one was at or near the top.

A fabulous day out in Hobart visiting 4 beautiful yet very different wineries. Great tasting, gorgeous scenery and so much wonderful information about the wine and wine regions of Tassie. Our host Tim was brilliant! A day not to be forgotten and well worth the trip !

Craigow was a topper

Excellent trip. Icing on the cake was the visit to Craigow winery. All of the wines there were consistently outstanding and Dr Barry was so generous with his time. His stories were amazing and his understanding of wine varietals second to none.
