Great Cust Serv for Bike Tour

The meeting point was VERY difficult to find. We asked for directions from 3 different sources - to no avail. We were 15 minutes late and still had no idea where we were in relation to the Bike tour. We had pretty much given up on getting there in time to take the tour. But the Bike Tour company called us and they were able to direct us to them. We arrived within minutes. We had a wonderful tour guide and enjoyed every minute of the tour.

Best way to see Mallorca in a day

Exceptional tour and guide. By not walking we were able to see so much more. Our older teens preferred this means of transport and had fun with the bikes. We were a bit late arriving and The tour operator was understanding and helped us out and took time to make sure seat heights were comfortable. Do not hesitate to book with them!

Segway is probably better for the location

Friendly staff, but we could have used a few more moments to get use to the bikes (for safety). Also, I recommend that guides use bikes too, if they are doing a bike tour or that they are familiar with the fat tire ebikes. It is awkward to have a guide on Segway, while your group is on bike (different capabilities when stopping on inclines & slow, almost walking, speed is difficult on the bikes, while effortless for Segways). It would have been nice to use the fat tires off road or on beach, as mentioned by another guide, familiar with the fat-tire ebikes, before the tour started. Fat tires are probably a blast in the right setting.

Hello Jennifer, Thank you for your review. Sometimes our guides are using Segways because it is much easier to overwatch the group on Segway than on e-bike, especially if the city is crowded. Security is our priority and also with e-bikes we have to obtain certain rules here in Palma. If you would like to go only next to the beach, please book with us private tour and we will definitely accommodate you with this request :) So we hope to see you in Palma again soon! :)
Skip the cruise line booked excursions!!!

Rodrigo was a perfect guide for us! There city of Palma was our favorite stop on our cruise visiting 7 different ports. We learned lots about the cities history and got a fantastic overview of the best parts. We’d definitely recommend this tour. Skip the cruise ship excursions and book through Viator. You’ll have much better prices and the quality of their guides is fast superior!

Canceled my tour because they didn’t have enough people. It’s as if we don’t matter. Why even offer the tour then if you’re not willing to have it for people who sign up?

Hello Sang, this is not true at all. We are the moment in winter season while 90% of the companies are closed. You booked tour at 4 pm and we asked you to change it to 1 pm because our guide was available only until 3 pm, we also offer to you any other times or other days but you were not flexible. We were in touch with you all the time and really tried hard to accommodate you but you were not flexible at all, what we understand while you have other plans. Our guides, once we have no reservations at the moment, must have other jobs to support themselves during the winter season in Mallorca. We are very sorry you didnt have a change to have a tour with us but this is not fair review, 10 moths of the year we are working very hard to keep all customers happy so we do not deserve such a bad review... We hope you will give us other change to prove our services...

Our tour guide, Nina, was terrific! Delightfully personable and very knowledgeable about the places we visited. We would highly recommend this tour with Nina! E-bikes were easy to ride and maneuver and stop!
