We done the bike tour on Thursday - group of 5 (2 adults, 3 kids). Everyone absolutely loved it and it's a great way to see the city. My husband had an issue with his bike so it may be an idea for the tour guide to carry a repair kit.

Our guide, Suzanne, was very knowledgeable and had some interesting stories about the area. We visited some "hidden gems" -- like the bakery at the Sisters of St. Clara convent -- which would not be on a more conventional tour.

Perfect Tour through Palma!

Our tour guide, Sergio, was excellent. He kept the group moving, but always entertained questions, and gave thorough, interesting narratives about the places we stopped. He guided us through busy streets and quiet ones with the utmost skill. I would 100% recommend this tour to anyone.

Not Easy. Should be renamed

This was our first visit to Palma de Mallorca. We have taken bike tours in other cities. I booked it based on the fact that it is advertised as EASY. My son and daughter-in-law said the guide was great and the tour was very interesting. However the biking was over narrow streets with cars and pedestrians not on bike paths. The terrain is very hilly. It was much too strenuous for my husband. We dropped out after 10 minutes. Be Warned: Easy is a misnomer. Had I been aware of how strenuous this tour is I would not have booked it.

Hello Katherine, I am sorry you thought our tour is not easy. However that's the first time we have a complaint like this one. There are only 2 slopes during the whole tour and we have people of all ages doing it, from children to 70-80 years old people. We try to ride on easy streets with no slopes and the minimum pedestrians as possible. We are glad that your son and daughter-in-law enjoyed the tour.

Budget for extra time if you are coming off a cruise

The tour itself was fine. I do not recommend this tour if you are coming from a cruise - starting point is too far away and you spend most of your precious shore time getting to/from the boat. The boat docks about 45 minutes away from the starting point of the tour - you need to take a taxi to the shop location. Don't take the shuttle from the boat. It was very crowded to bike through the town. Our group of 7 did not enjoy the stress of biking through the crowds. Our tour guide was great.

Hello Sandra, Please keep in mind that if you start the tour from the port, you will use 30-40 minutes to get to the city center and 30-40 minutes to get back to the cruise terminal. So from 3 hours of the bike tour, you are half of the time getting from the port to the city center and then back to the boat. On the other hand if you book in the city center you can visit the whole city and do not miss any important monument or building. Also after the tour, you have leisure time in Palma city center to do some shopping or just walk around the city. If you finish at the port, there is nothing there. With the "starting at the port" option, you do not visit the whole Palma because you do not have time in just 3 hours. By taxi it is less than a 10 minutes ride and more or less 10€, so we think that as you have little time when coming on a cruise it is much worthier starting the tour in the city center. We are really glad that at least you liked our guide!

Super Bike Tour

Our guide was a local Mallorcan who gave us so much history, folklore and myths. The bike ride was slow paced and very safe. We were given multiple opportunities for photos and exploring. Loved it!
