The caves are amazing, the rest was not

The cave is absolutely incredible, and I enjoyed the brief concert. However, it was challenging to focus because toddlers were disruptive, and a baby was crying. Please, for everyone's enjoyment, do not bring an infant or toddler to the caves. Additionally, it is a long trip on a bus to get there, we didn't stop at Porto Cristo, and the stop at the Pearl Shop is strange and a complete a waste of time.

the caves are beautiful and breath taking. the concert at the end was nice. my husband thought the concert should be at the beginning to calm people down. people where inpatient and pushy. was worth it.

The tour was very unorganized. We requested hotel pick up and the tour was supposed to start at 9:00a.m. There was no sign of any bus at 9:00 so we moved to the pickup point where everyone else was waiting. The bus did not get there until 9:50. The pearl factory was a complete waste of time. There was absolutely no reason to go there. The tour was insanely crowded and the experience was not enjoyable. Think once before booking this sham of a tour!

Bad experience booking through Viator & Limoni tours

I booked this trip through Viator. It clearly mentioned a hotel pickup. At the time of booking I had shared the details of the hotel we were staying at. I was asked to call a day before to confirm the pick up time. Upon arrival in Palma when i called the mobile number given at booking it was a Limoni tour, they refused to pick us up at the hotel and blamed Viator for giving incorrect information. they even told us, that after repeated request Viator didn't change the information on their website thus confusing people. There was no way to contact viator. The caves are amazing and definitely worth a visit but not through Limoni tours or Viator. The guide was incorrigible, I wish they had reordered the information he was giving and played it as his accent in English and French was impossible to comprehend. He kept repeating instructions throughout the 50 minutes driving making it impossible for one to enjoy the trip. The air-conditioning system of the bus we travelled in started malfunctioning and water gushed into the cabin of the bus. We had to rush back to the center and back of the bus, there weren't enough extra seats for passengers. I travelled standing for some time till one of the passengers made room for me to sit. The tour guide Toni, instead of seeing to the passengers was busy taking pictures of the water leak. A visit to Pearl shop is added, which is honestly useless, its just a basic shop, so obviously the tour company must be getting a commission on sales they get for the shop. Too much time was wasted at the shop it would make more sense to spend that time at the caves which are simply spectacular. Overall horrible experience through Viator and Limoni tours

Drive yourself -save yourself the time & Chaos

After waiting 30 minutes for my bus to come as four other buses had picked up for other tourist to only go to the same meeting point where people had to switch to my bus anyway. We Had to wait for the next connecting bus and then drive to the caves. However before you get to the case to take you to the Tourists pearl shop and souvenir stands - BIG WASTE of TIME. The caves were beautiful although the staff was rushing you through it because the musical show was going to start. We wound up waiting 35 minutes for a family that didn’t show up at the departure time in which we had to go back for them. Guide should have called after 10 minutes not 35 minutes. But don’t worry because we had to go to another meeting point and wait for people to transfer to this bus to drop us off at our hotels which took another 25 minutes which made me late for my next activity and had to cancel with no refunds.

Der Ausflug ist sehr auf Massentourismus ausgelegt und daher geht insbesondere in den Drachenhöhlen der Charme verloren. Unsere Reisebegleitung hat außerdem fast nur auf Spanisch gesprochen, obwohl wir die Reise auf Deutsch gebucht hatten. Auch unsere Englischen-sprechenden-Teilnehmenden konnte nur schwer folgen, da sie ebenfalls kaum Sachen auf Englisch übersetzt hat. Der Service mit Transport und Abholung war sehr gut und verlässlich.

Trop cher , interdiction de prendre des photos !

Tres cher pour ce que c est ! Les grottes sont tres belle , mais la promenade en barque n existe pas ! Cela dur deux minutes avec une attente incroyable. Ensuite le concert classique, je m attendais a des jeux de lumière ( il y en avait pas ) et le pire interdiction formelle de perdre des photos ou de filmé le spectacle !!!!!! Spectacle qui dure 10 minutes !!! 92 Euros pour deux personnes c est du vol !! Le guide du bus nous avait prévenu, il avait raison....

Ganas de no volver a ver el guia

El guia Antonio que nos llevó, no tenía ganas de trabajar a la vuelta de las cuevas no comentaba nada solo se limitó a repartir a la gente. En Porto Cristo estuvimos 15 minutos y en la fábrica de las perlas 45 minutos. El trato del guia hacía las personas decepcionante
