Lovely boat but no shade

Unfortunately Viator did not allow us to reserve seats under cover and we were told all the under cover seating was booked. As a result, we had to sit on the top deck without any shade. I found this intolerable but had to wait until some passengers disembarked at Cala galdana before being able to get some respite on the lower deck. This ruined the experience for me as I felt faint and sick. I was well prepared with plenty of water and a hat but I could not tolerate the top deck in 34 degrees for long. Beautiful views of the southern coastline and a lovely long stop at a cove for snorkelling. The boat had a very clever glass bottom with a reflected view ensuring all passengers on the lower deck could see the marine life when moored.

It was a great tour and my family did enjoy it! The only feedback is that they should allocate older people over 65+ years in the lowe deck, under the sun! I travelled with many members of my family and they allocated us in the top floor which was a bit uncomfortable for the olders. The rest was ok.

When we see minors, we always try to allocate them in the shade if we have availability, however with +65 we cannot distinguish that factor when the booking comes through unless stated in the comments section of the booking. Screaming babies

The crew were lovely, the locations we visited were gorgeous, especially the secluded beach. The downside was the fact that we had about 4 screaming babies on board, often screaming all at the same time at a deafening volume. Not the best decision of the parents. The poor bubs must have been sea sick

Loved it. Big boat that can fit over 100 people. Went in June 2022 and it was not full. Because of this it was quite relaxed with seating which made everyone happy. My favourite part was the fact that when the boat stops for one hour to swim they allow you to stay on the boat which I noticed other don’t do. You can jump from the boat, use the slides they have on the back of the boat, snorkel around the boat etc. The option to go to the beach is also of course available for who wants to do that. The crew is really nice and relaxed. Great trip if if you don’t have enough time to spend too much time.

Fun afternoon boat trip...

Fun afternoon boat trip along the south west beaches of Menorca. Informative. Small selection of reasonably priced snacks and drinks onboard. Only downside was the surprise allocation of seats that were disappointing on arrival, we were inside when we would have preferred being out in the open air upstairs. Don’t know that I would have booked the tour had I have known this.

Facciamo sosta sulla spiaggia nella caletta che offre le maggiori garanzie di sicurezza, a volte può essere interessata dalle correnti che trasportano resti di Posidonia sulla spiaggia, questa, contrariamente a quanto dite, non è terra, sono resti organici che si staccano dal fondale e le correnti li depositano sulla sabbia. El trayecto súper bonito, pudimos ver las Calas desde otra perspectiva y muy bien explicado. Muy divertido el tobogán del barco y el baño en la Cala precioso. El personal muy atento y amable.

J'ai payé plus chèr par votre site que par l'entreprise d'excursion, le bateau ne s'arrête pas suffisament longtemps pour permettre à tout le monde de prendre des photos. Assez deçue.

Le prestataire aurait dû s’informer sur les conditions météorologiques ainsi que sur la présence de méduses. Au final, l’excursion ne fut qu’une traversée en bateau, sous la pluie, entassés à l’intérieur du bateau et l’arrêt baignade impossible car trop de méduses… L’excursion aurait dû être annulée ou reportée par le prestataire. Manque de professionnalisme !

Si la météo n'est pas favorable, nous informons les clients de la situation et ils ont la possibilité de changer de jour ou de demander un remboursement. S'il s'est arrêté sur cette plage, c'est parce que nous ne pouvions pas nous arrêter sur une autre et parfois la nature nous rend difficile de nous arrêter à la plage, mais malheureusement nous n'y pouvons rien car elle n'est pas sous notre contrôle. Nous examinerons également ce commentaire avec l'équipage pour voir si nous pouvons améliorer quelque chose à cet égard, puisque c'est notre mission. Merci beaucoup!

El paseo en barco por la costa sur de Menorca ha sido una pasada, además ves muchas calas y puedes bañarte, se hace una parada de casi una hora y media y hay toboganes y gafas para bucear. Volvería a repetir además la calidad precio está muy bien, es muy barato para todo lo que ves.
